Ama Review

There are high expectations for Lima food. We chose maZ because it looks like an interesting concept. However, many of the dishes we ordered were not tasty at all. We were expecting from Lima food: vegetable citrus juice salmon, chicken cooked with large leaves. These dishes were highly recommended to us by our waiter. Sashimi appetizers were great. Also, we ordered two desserts. When these things arrived, we found the portion was large. Apparently, one dessert for two people was enough. We got stuck and a good waiter gave us advice. Unfortunately our waiter didn't do that. We ate better at other restaurants in Peru.
