The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room. The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean. Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception. The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.

The resort is located near the beach, very quiet, suitable for relaxation. The resort is not new but it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will stop by to rest here.

I was referred to this resort by another friend, and I will recommend it to you. There are no shortage of resorts along this coastline, however, what makes this one extra nice is the size - it is not too big - that means the restaurant is not boisterous the pool is not crowded, and you can walk one end to the other. The pool is in awesome condition and the ocean is warm and very swimmable ! About an hour walk (turn right) down the beach and there is a large fishing village - go there after sunrise and all the fishermen are arriving and counting their catch ..

The hotel is near the sea, convenient to go to the beach. Going to Lagi TX about 6km. Service is ok.

The resort is very cute, only the air conditioner is a bit old so some rooms are not very cool, the rest are very 👍
