Radisson Resort Phan Thiet

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is also very close to the golf course. There are restaurants on both sides of the hotel entrance. The massage in the hotel is also very good. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the choice.

1/ The location of this resort is in a sea area with a lot of waste oil. The sand on the shore has a lot of black sand that looks like oil or is not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again. 2/ Catering services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga practice are generally good. 3/ The major minus point and I will not choose to return to this resort is the power outage in the room many times during the night (shutdown and then shut down and then open ....) I went in the middle of July when the rainy season started but I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the hot kids couldn't sleep. 4/ The bed has a waterproof mattress and pillow cover that rustles every time you turn it over... in general, it makes people unable to sleep well. Without a good night's sleep, people have wild dreams, some of my friends say it's like this resort has a problem (spiritual...) so they sleep around :). I have the same problem, so I don't know what to do. 5/ My family was almost forced to compensate for the slippers because the children carried them around between rooms (they found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the loss of slippers but it must be a brand new pair of slippers, and the resort sandals are old and very old, I don't know how to compensate if I lose my slippers, I must be very upset. I say that because surely no one will take such old slippers. Sorry I don't have a picture of the shoes. Hope this information helps the resort to further improve its services. Thanks,

Hotel next to Novaworld, clean beach, nice and modern room

Because I booked a room with the price for 1 person, when there was an extra person to stay with, I asked the staff in the afternoon how to charge the extra fee. The answer was no charge, the staff called back in the evening. reported that I had to charge 400k, I was ok, until my friend came, I collected 2038k like the price of the room I originally booked. So that means the price of booking 2 rooms? Service is too bad, 4 stars but there is no comb in the room, no umbrella for guests to go in the rain. Guests going in and out of the house, the staff standing there saw the customer carrying heavy things, but they didn't help but also didn't open the door, so they had to open the door to ask for help. Breakfast is also not good. The only plus point is the location and landscape, beautiful design space.
