If you get ocean view it’s absolutely incredible, but you also can’t be disappointed with the city side especially if you’re on a high floor (you can see all the city lights). The room was small but perfect, I had a large patio/a bath/AC/sink/fridge: you don’t need much else as a solo traveller. Ladies and gentlemen I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Also don’t forget the check the incredible pool are and the DIB rooftop bar!

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

Gym has nice cardio equipment, but completely locking any strength training equipment. Location wise, this hotel is rather far from the beach and all of the activities; taking a car there is in average 30-40 minute drive due to congested roadways.

A great equipped hotel for family with children. My kids have enjoyed the long water slides, the wave pool, kids water play area, kids playroom, gaming room. Amazing and delicious breakfast and buffet dinner selection, also catering kids menu as well! Helpful staff, clean rooms, it’s highly recommended and we will come back again!

The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing. On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered. The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary. It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. This restaurant offers various set menus and a buy one, get one free drinks deal. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

My recent stay at the Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha was fantastic! The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've always enjoyed my stays at Millennium Hilton Bangkok as well, especially because of their great pool and friendly cleaning staff.

The package hotel that dominated the 90s was almost ruined as time went by, but it was revived as a children's swimming pool and playground. It is worth a visit if you have young children. However, the hotel facilities are very old. In particular, the soundproofing is the worst. I can understand what is being said in the next room. A newborn baby stayed in the next room and kept crying all night, so I could hardly sleep. However, all the staff are friendly.

The shuttle services helps to relieve the problem of location. The sunsets view of the swimming pool is attractive. The staff services are helpful in fixing any problems happened in the room. There may be a chicken farm nearby the hotel. You can hear their crow clearly from everyday evening to morning.

The hotel itself is good and the cleaning is excellent, making the room every day if you wish.I liked the style of the rooms with the appearance of concrete finish style. Is.a good decoration. Also, the room is very well illuminated with the balcony. Excelent Air conditioning. Good car park if you're renting a car or motorbike. The staff is ok, but they should be more polite with the customers. Just one lady,the manager, I think, was the only one who said Hi or Good Morning. The other ones really don't care about you. The location is what really was the downside for me. It's about 20 to 25 minutes away , and almost where everything happens. So,you need to have permanent transport to go up and down. I rented a motorbike which I used during the day but I prefer to take a motor taxi to go out at night for dinner and drinks. Nevertheless, if you're a windsurfing lover, this is your place. There's a nice beach for surfing just a walk distance. But not really for chill out as is too windy for that. You can find shops renting surfing and wind surfing equipment. Another good thing is ,just that in front of the hotel, there's a lady who has a street food shop and sells delicious food very cheaply. Also, you can find a coffee shop not far from the hotel. The hotel is the best in pattaya with three swimming pool and has own beach access! They provide good breakfast. Has fitness and table tennis. Very recommended

We picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person. First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering. The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub. Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small. The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order. The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Except the checking staff had given a good tour of the room facilities at check in, service was an overpriced Hyatt hotel.  No one came to my room to clean up when there was no one inside from 9:15am to 4pm and their staff finally came at around 5pm on 25 Dec.  Their Christmas Eve Buffett was super overpriced at Pattaya standard (THB 4000 each adult with no drink included) and the Buffett had little selections, just give you basic 4 star Hyatt hotel selection elsewhere given the price charged.  And no one remember to send the electronic invoice after checked out.  Overall not a Hyatt franchise hotel you will repeat, plenty of other choices for the price.  Also did not see any staff at gate all the way to my room when I get off Grab ride at 11pm on 26 Dec.
