The room is clean. The swimming pool is great to relax and swim. 2-3 km to walk to the beach and For the surrounding it is a bit far from restaurants and things to shop around. But easy to travel by grabs cars everywhere. Great experience to stay here.

No fridge, microwave, water bottle inside the room but it is okay, 7 eleven is just across the road. I think it is the best value hotel than this in Pattaya.

The most important thing is that the staff here are very kind and helpful, if you have any problems, they are always ready to help. We had problems with the room and they immediately changed it to another room. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well. There is good parking for the car. We had problem with Wi-Fi, but we did not need it so we did not tell about this

We love the location of the hotel. It has a swimming pool at 2nd floor. The toilet and shower were good. Bed was spacious and comfortable same with the air conditioning unit. Wifi is excellent. I just wish the staff can communicate in English. We had a hard time communicating with them but overall, the experience was so good. If I'd be back in Pattaya, I would still stay in this affordable hotel.

A jewel in the middle of Pattaya city Im a frequent traveler , I visit Pattaya like 3 to 4 times per year. Stayed in many hotels in Pattaya but in this hotel it is my first time. Positive points : The lobby is superb very well decorated it feels like you are sitting at home in your living room Check in was quick and efficient The door boys are super kind & loving more than the reception employees The building is new and beautiful The location is excellent , the hotel is facing central festival mall & just a few steps away from the beach, bars, restaurants, and massage shops. Room’s size, furniture, bed, toilet along with other facilities in the room are all excellent, there is a small corner you have kitchen utensils & washing machine (quite helpful ), even though didn’t use any. Bed & pillows excellent . Bedsheets and pillow cases clean. The best part no carpet! Excellent pool & pool area don't miss it out, great views The negative points.. When I arrived I found stains on the bedcover I informed the reception immediately everything was changed The cleaning is done daily but not to the standard required. I did speak to the girl who does the cleaning unfortunately she was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This to me made a big negative on my eyes. I made it clear to inform them when I checked out. Towels needs to be replaced as the color is not white any more Breakfast was horrible, pork, pork and pork . They did add chicken in their menu , when I asked them is the chicken halal they had no answer for me. The pancakes and the croissant are horrible hard and not fresh. All in all , I did approach them and informed them that Im a Muslim please try to keep halal food for us as I will be here for 5 nights. Of course they ignored me and I ended up eating boiled eggs & bread for 5 days. Upon my departure Small stains were seen on pillow cases as my elastic hairband shaded colour on the pillow cases . I clearly explained to them what was the reason but without understanding my situation, they made it clear that I have to pay. Of course, charged me. I was shocked but never argued paid as per their request. Upon my departure I hanged my coat in one of their hangers. My intention was not to take it but didn’t want to wear the coat till my taxi arrives, so while I was leaving they approached me like I was a thief who took diamond. I said for God’s sake I don’t want your hanger I just wanted to wear my coat when I leave. That was indeed an unpleasant experience thinking that I would be a thief for a hanger which costs nothing more than 5 baht. Final word Overall I loved my stay regardless of all the negative points. Next time in case I book the hotel again I will make sure to book without breakfast. I wish the management takes care of the cleaning part because the place is so beautiful but with the present standard of cleaning within few years the hotel will look horrible. Otherwise it is a place to be due to its location and the facilities that are available in the room..

The nearest 7-eleven is a kilometer away and on the opposite side of the highway. There is nothing interesting within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, but very boring.

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel The front office executive Ms POM was very hospitable and polite , I like her customer relations experience and guest handling, , as I am a business and Human Resources consultant I want to see POM as a Assistant Front office manager. Food is good but need to add some Indian and Arabic items . More toiletries items required Need some minor mentenance on the celliings Others the hotel is amazing and I have a great pleasure to go back again.

Get free upgrade for the room, maybe is got function at that night. The beach is good to hang up and the staff is good at the over the sun beach restaurant

Booked this room and it’s quite perfect. Very good view from this room. You can get fresh air early in the morning. Few flaws from bidet sprayer and warm water were broken. Good service and helpful staff. Location is closed to the beach. Love a small beach bar which located in a walking distance. All in all, it’s a really good place to stay and hope to come back again.

We’ve stayed here for 3 nights and all I can say is I really enjoyed our stay here. The view is so magical. Love waking up in the morning with the overlooking sea view and the sunset is really good too. It’s a bit far from the city proper but it’s still worth it. Also, I like how they have activities at night for their guests. The breakfast is good too!

The hotel is relatively new 1, clean rooms 2 But the water is not warm 3. Swimming pool is very small 4 Suitable for children to play in the water only 5 32 inch TV 6 There are 7 refrigerators, 8 drinking water. Coffee and Ovaltineซองs available in room 9 What I like is that there is a hair dryer as well. Lovely staff, good service.

Though the location is a bit far from the town centre, it at the same time is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay that you can get away from crowd. Suitable for travalers who drive, around 30-min drive from town centre. The room with private pool is super nice, the hygenic condition and the room quality is great, what is being lack maybe a full-length mirror. The staff there is nice and helpful, especially the one called Kwan, whose sincere attitude does impress me. Overall there is not much to criticise and will definitely stay again if i visit Pattaya again im future.

It is a small but clean hotel, the color of the room and comfortable furniture, the balcony next to the sea. The hotel is next to Pricha Seafood Restaurant. All lovely staff Breakfast is a buffet style, but you have to choose the time to come down to eat because the restaurant is quite limited. Food options may not be many, but it is considered ok. Coffee is Fresh coffee, staff press from fresh uniforms. Traveling is suitable for people with private cars because the hotel is quite far from the city. If coming by bus, it may be inconvenient, but you can charter a minibus to deliver. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, bring this place another option in Pattaya.

Воду каждый день ставят 2 бутылки и кофе сухое. Фен есть. Чайник в номере есть. Кондиционер отлично работает не шумный. На балконе 2 стула и стол, приятно сидеть пить чай и вечером хорошо. Персонал очень приветливый. Бассейн работает до поздна, полотенца выдают бесплатно внизу. Завтраки как везде, голодными не остались: яйцо, овощи, рис (в разном исполнении) спагетти или что то из капусты, к чаю гренки или вафельное печенье и джемы, фрукты только арбуз и ананас (безумно вкусные). Чтоб поесть обед или ужин недалеко есть ”обжорные ряды”. напротив отеля Амбассадор переход через дорогу и там пройтись немного и увидите. Мы ели у Фонн, приятная женщина вкусно готовит. Ели у нее акулу, сома, окуня, осьминогов и тд. Выбирали отели между амбассадором, потом встретили многих туристов оттуда, все плохо отзывались по уборке проблемы и слишком большой отель и старый. Все таки стоило на 6000 больше заплатить, свое турагенство у меня с Москвы путевка обошлась в 134000 на 2 взр. Рядом с отелем магазины севен элевен, можно найти все. Массаж для ног рядом с отелем дешевле чем в других местах 200 батт. Экскурсии брали недалеко от нашего отеля у Анны. У нее дешевле чем у туроператора, у нас был анекс. Немного про военный пляж ездите туда, наш пляж тоже хороший но там белый песок красиво, еда тоже недорогая. Можно добраться самим но местные таксисты хитрят и когда вызываешь от пляжа, то цены в разы выше 500 батт. До военного пляжа нельзя пройтись пешком, там проезжаешь настоящую военную базу, поэтому нужно вызывать такси к самому пляжу. Вот из за этого цена выходит такая же как по экскурсии (входной билет входит в стоимость экскурсии) 800 батт на двоих у нас вышло. На реку Квай очень хотелось но по дням не успели. Брали экскурсию Дольче вита, понравился кормили на убой и выпивки тоже было море, плавали в открытом море и на острове. Под конец все опьянели но обошлось без драк. Я хочу вернуться еще в Таиланд, но уже наверно поеду в Пхукет.

”Fantastic hotel” Once you have left the large car park or drop off point outside the hotel you experienced the breath taking reception area, this leads nicely to the open area where the first of 2 swimming pools appear, the first pool is overlooked by the nicely presented rooms, this then leads to another swimming pool which then leads directly onto the lovely clean private beach. The hotel caters for everyone from family to couples with or without children. The restaurant provides a variety of food for people from most nations of the world, there is also a poolside bar which serves a good selection of food at a reasonable price. We found that all the staff from reception, house keeping and pool staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We initially booked for 5 days but increased that to 7 which reflected how pleased we were with our stay at the hotel. We cant recommend this hotel enough for the perfect relaxing stay at a very affordable price.

Great location for families with young children! Straight from the tollway and away from the city center traffic. Lovely private beach with swimming pools. There’s also a restaurant and bar right next to the pool which allows even more family time. The hotel size is ideal for us as we travel with a toddler and a baby. Everything is fast and convenient. No need to walk miles and miles from one area to another. Food is great, especially Thai food. We were impressed by the proper pizza oven as well. Prices are reasonable. However, our suggestion regarding food is that the hotel should upgrade the sausages . It was pretty disappointing to not have certain quality of food provided during breakfast from a 5-star hotel. Another thing was the pillows. They all were way too big and high. We ended up not using them unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

It’s a cozy hotel located in Jomtien Beach, 120-150 metre walk to the beach. The overall was good. Room was nice and well equipped for 2 persons. There is a kitchenette in the room. If you’re looking for a place to escape from Bangkok in the weekend. This hotel might be a good choice. However, the restaurant (8th floor) was quite small. You have to wait in a queue for your breakfast especially if it is Saturday and Sunday. Parking lot was okay but please check availability with the receptionist before you make a reservation especially during the peak season/long weekend. The check in and check out time was not suitable for the guest. You will be able to check in at 15.00, while the check out time is 11.00 a.m. I personally think that the hotel should follow a standard time (14.00 check-in & 12.00 check out). Overall, it might suitable for someone who is looking for a cozy hotel that located near the beach. However, based on the overall service and experiences compared with the price, I will consider to book another hotel rather than revisit.
