My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a very satisfying experience. It's near Chunxi Road, and only a ten-minute walk to Taikoo Li. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied! The front desk even kindly upgraded my room! It's convenient to get to all the scenic spots by taxi or subway, making it the best choice for travel!

Prime Location: The location is a total winner. We were within walking distance of several major attractions and local eateries. Only few steps to Chunxi road and metro. Seamless Accessibility: Getting around was a breeze. The hotel is situated very close to public transport links, and hailing a ride-share was never an issue. Good Service: From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and professional. They were quick to offer local recommendations and ensured our extra towels and amenities were replenished promptly. The Sleep Experience: After long days of exploring, the comfortable beds were a godsend. Even the third bed provided for our group was high quality, ensuring everyone got a great night’s rest.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. The explanations were very detailed, making it perfect for early morning flights. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, and the restaurant environment was comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with a wide variety of options. Check-in was convenient. I'll definitely continue to support this hotel.

I randomly picked this hotel for my trip, and to my surprise, it turned out to be an amazing find! My stay was fantastic from start to finish, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star recommendation. The bedding was fluffy, pristine white, smooth, and stain-free, and the duvet was clean and comfortable. The floors, nightstands, and even the nooks and crannies were immaculately clean. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, with no watermarks or limescale on the countertops or mirrors, and the fixtures were sparkling clean. The overall hygiene standard far exceeded other hotels in the same price range, making my stay feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Room facilities were comprehensive, new, and functioned perfectly. The overall space was spacious, bright, and well-laid out. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Hot water was available consistently all day, with stable temperature and strong pressure, making for a great shower experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for streaming movies, working, or browsing videos. The lighting was just right, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The thoughtful design details truly enhanced the living comfort. magnum hotel, the staff provided exceptional service – gentle, patient, sincere, and enthusiastic. Check-in was quick and efficient, with thorough explanations. The service throughout my stay was proactive, attentive, and never felt cold or dismissive. Any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. The staff's meticulous attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcomed and truly at home. Overall, this is a top-notch hotel with beautiful surroundings, rigorous hygiene, excellent facilities, and warm service, offering incredible value for money. There were no hidden costs, and the experience was truly fulfilling. It's the best hotel I've stayed in recently. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this one first, and I sincerely recommend it to all my traveling friends!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right next to Hongxing Bridge Metro Station Exit C, just a few steps away. Line 3 takes you directly to Chunxi Road/Taikoo Li in two stops, and it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley and Jianshe Road Food Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always responsive. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and getting around is a breeze. A must-stay when you're in Chengdu!

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

Excellent value for money hotel at a central location. Friendly staff and good cleaning crew. Pretty central location just a few minutes walk away from eastern exits of Tianfu Square station, which worked nicely for me as a first time solo visitor. Good connection to all sorts of places. Slightly curious setup with the ‘lobby’ by the street and the hotel floors dispersed inside the high rise building itself shared with a few other establishments. I suppose if it works it works. Got a 24-hour shop just outside on the left, and ample eateries of various vintage nearby as well. And coffee shops. Room was cleaned and bed remade daily. I would usually prefer to opt out of room service for shorter trips but couldn’t quite find any ‘do not disturb’ or ‘skip service’ sign handy, so just rolled with it. Bottled water and slippers were also replaced daily. Handy for the former, not too sure about the utility of the latter. There's apparently a self service laundry place on one of the floors as well but didn't need it during my stay so didn't explore. Decent view out to the street. Blackout curtains. Kettle and toiletries etc all available. Good WiFi and strong AC. Wasn’t ridiculously hot when I was visiting, but would have been a lifeline in summer. Room was well maintained, with bedding clean and tidy. 4 stars just because the bathroom tiles and fittings really showed their age. I’m reasonably happy they were all cleaned to a good standard, but there’s only so much you can do with oxidised silicone sealants and foam filler. They are probably in the process of doing up the bathrooms tbh, judging by the much sleeker appearance of the corridor and other units. 2 lifts. Can get a bit busy later on in the morning during checkout times, but no problem for the majority of my stay due to early start on trip days. Overall, excellent value for money. Probably wouldn’t recommend it as a honeymoon trip stay, but for regular touristy trips i think would be more than sufficient. Would probably stay there again I've I'm back visiting ChengDu proper.

The hotel is great, with a good location in Jiangbei. Although there's no parking lot directly on-site, a staff member led us to a parking area. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, it was pretty good.
