Great hotel. Around 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 minutes from the Airport bus stop(IFS building). There's a convenience store next door. The room is really nice, the bed and the pillows are comfy. Nice showers

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

This hotel is near Chengdu East Railway Station. When you arrive at the rail station, look for Longemont hotel. The hotel is behind Longemont and then Rayfont hotel. Walk abit and turn left. The hotel is there. From here it's very convenient to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful and will try to help you. Everything is good. I stayed here for 4 nights before moving on to Jiuzhaigo but I'm coming back to stay at this hotel again. Chengdu East Railway is where you need to buy tickets anywhere. I recommend everyone to stay here. Initially I was worried about the cigarette smoke smell for hotels in China but there's no problem with this hotel at all.

I got a room with window and was staying for two nights. The room is ok. Furniture might seems to be a little but old (the wooden part) but everything works normally. The staff is really nice. They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

Nice socialisation space with a pool table and tables and chairs to sit down. There's also a rooftop bar. The staff is very helpful, speaks English fluently and handed over a Chengdu guide. Towels, toothbrushes and slippers are available for free. The bed is comfortable and spacious.

Our stay at Mercure was nothing but good! great service by the staffs with lots of perks like a free Haagen-daz per day or high tea which comes with (coffee + desserts)!✨ there is a table with 3 types of drinks that is there for us to drink anytime of the day! best part was there is a free laundry room with everything prepared (detergent,netting, laundry bag and even bottles of water while u wait)! There is also a mini gym beside it👌🏼 I'm pretty sure the location can't get any better than this 💯❤️🔥 and as we left on Christmas Eve, they gave all of us a Christmas gift (平安果） after we checked out which was really nice 💗 there's also many food trucks right opposite the hotel which was really yummy! My whole family loved it ❤️🔥 We all had an amazing time there!

Hotel Review I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent—right next to 春熙路 (Chunxi Road), making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced the experience. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Right across the road is Chun Xi pedestrian street just an overhead bridge away. Hotel is clean and modern and breakfast is a good spread. Only downside is that the hotel does not occupy the whole building so the lift is shared with other commercial levels so it gets packed during peak hours and takes awhile to get on. 4 washing machines/dryer (2 in 1) but they are a little small and dryer function takes at least an hour to fully dry the laundry so they are always fully occupied in the evening.

Me and my friend chose to stay this hotel from a xhs post. This hotel make me feel heartwarming, not only the room atmosphere is great but the front desk customer services offer their best to help me as a foreigner without local number to call to SiChuan Airlines and eventually dissolved my concern from the call. Here, I'm giving extra credits to xiao zhang and xiao xue, thanks again for the help.

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place. Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience. We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. We stayed one night here. The location is very good. Very near to the scenic area. The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Get off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

The owner welcomed us with pleasure and he also upgraded our room. This inn made us feel cozy and comfortable like we were at home. They also provided the meal. (Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. The communication was so smooth although we used translate app. The location is also good because there is a cafe nearby.

The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. Pros: The smart AI technology integrated into the hotel operations was impressive and made my stay more convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.

The room is decent. Heating floor is good There is reastaurants nearby. The hotel locate not far from jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Can take the taxi from the hotel to jiuzhaigou around 15 yuan.
