We were very happy with the room. The view is amazing with a small balcony to enjoy the night view of jinjiang river. The service is also phenomenal and speak English quite well. 小罗 is a very helpful and hardworking staff! We were also able to deposit our luggage for our short trip in another city so we don‘t need to carry everything which is a big plus. Location is central and close to Taikoo Li. We will come back!

The location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 minutes away walking distance (with an infant) from Terminal 1, making it super convenient for us.
We loved the renovation of the hotel and the beautiful view from the open garden. Our room is very spacious, making it a wonderful place for my baby to walk and crawl around to burn some energy before our flight. I really liked the mini toiletries provided the hotel - the smell reminds me of lavender farm I visited in Australia. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on too! Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep overnight due to our departure time!
I paid extra for buffet dinner. Not cheap but worth the money. You can find a big range of food options. I would have loved it if I was a big seafood fan as the seafood session was impressive! However I did enjoy the other food, including sushi, Chinese dishes and the icecream!
Overall my baby and I had a great time staying in the hotel, and we would happily recommend it to our family and friends!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining and getting around. While the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-maintained. This will definitely be my go-to place to stay next time I'm in Chengdu. A special thanks again to employee 483.689!

I stayed here for 5 nights and the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to IFS, Tianfu Square, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Station. I literally walked everywhere! Plus, having several spas nearby was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day.
However, there were a few issues with the room and service:
Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway and doors opening/closing, which was a bit disruptive.
Housekeeping: I was disappointed that they never changed the bedsheets during my entire 5-night stay. On one occasion, they didn't replace the face towel; they just re-hung the used one to make it look new.
Security/Privacy: I was surprised to find a ******************************* slipped under my door one morning, which felt a bit unprofessional for a hotel.

Even though it’s directly connected to the airport, the hotel is spacious. It was quiet and had plenty of greenery. I chose this hotel because my flight the next morning was very early. Since my airline didn’t offer online check-in via smartphone, I wanted to go to the departure lounge ahead of time. The first time I went, it was after hours, so I decided to go back a few hours later. It was only a few minutes from the hotel, so it was easy. Thanks to that, I was able to reserve the seat I wanted. Since it was a short stay, I hadn’t planned on doing laundry, but some bird droppings got on my T-shirt, so I decided to wash it. Luckily, there was an iron and ironing board in the room, so I was able to dry it right away. Next time, I want to stay for a while rather than just passing through.

The hotel is located right at the centre of everything in a building right across the Westin . It’s on top of a hotpot restaurant and another hotel called Vienna .. it’s a clean space with friendly staff and a lift that directly leads to the floor with your rooms with no access card needed to get to your door.. this makes it easy to order food in.. personally I would stay here again if I was coming here for a longer stay by myself.. there was no weird smell the room cleaning staff did amazing .
Cons..
In every way this room and hotel is a great deal for the price but as always there are some cons . These cons don’t apply to people in different situations..
1. The bathroom door is glass with an opaque part in the centre of your walk up to it you can see everything. I came here with a friend who is a girl but we trust each other so was no issues . But I can see this being a problem for some.
2.the projector here is nice you can steam stuff to it . But if you have Chinese apps that you use in other countries like iqyi these can’t be cast because of copywriter issues ..the instructions are in Chinese but that’s to be expected easy to translate ..
3. The lift is usually always congested as there De multiple buildings in the building but this is normal in most hotels..

The loft room design is very unique, with high ceilings and a spacious feel that isn't cramped. Overall, the stay was extremely pleasant. The cleaning was meticulous; the floors and tables were spotless, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, and the surrounding amenities are complete, making sightseeing and travel very easy. The price is affordable and offers great value for money. The overall quality is excellent. I've saved this place and will definitely come back again.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us.
During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change.
The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

We stayed in room 1202 with a king-sized bed. The front desk, considering we had a child, specially moved us to a quieter room with a sofa. They even gave a thoughtful little gift to our child, who absolutely loved it! Overall, we were very satisfied. The room had an expansive view and excellent natural light. The king bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, with great mattress support, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was also good. The staff provided attentive service, making our stay a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is great, with a good location in Jiangbei. Although there's no parking lot directly on-site, a staff member led us to a parking area. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, it was pretty good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to a subway station, offering direct access to popular spots like Chunxi Road, Jinli, Kuanzhai Alley, and Chengdu East Railway Station. Getting around was absolutely stress-free! The room's mattress and pillows were so comfortable, and the quiet environment meant I slept soundly until morning. The laundry room and gym facilities were excellent, making my stay very convenient. Whether catching an early flight or arriving late at night, the two subway lines made everything quick and easy. It was a comfortable stay with hassle-free travel, making it the perfect base for my trip to Chengdu. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

GGuest UserOverall it's good, the room is relatively large, the service is very considerate, and they proactively provide children's toiletries and slippers when they see children checking in. During the May Day holiday, all hotel prices increased ridiculously. Relatively speaking, Yihua's price increase is not bad, but it is also expensive.
GGazze AzriThe owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags.
What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.
SShanshanfaguangdewoheniyaThe hotel is relatively new, and its facilities are much more aesthetically pleasing compared to older hotels. Both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk on the seventh floor were very enthusiastic, which gave a vibrant impression. However, the service at the à la carte counter in the restaurant was lacking. While they used standard phrases, there was a strong sense of being brushed off, making the interaction feel stiff. Finally, a big thank you to Jasmine at the breakfast restaurant for her warm communication and excellent service; she really salvaged the experience and is why I'm still willing to give the hotel a five-star rating.
XXiaomanThis B&B deserves a perfect score! The owner is incredibly enthusiastic and responds instantly to any questions, always going the extra mile. The room was spotless and felt super comfortable the moment we walked in, with absolutely no strange smells. The biggest surprise was that they even helped walk our dog, which was incredibly pet-friendly for us traveling with a furry friend. We felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back next time!

WwendyTraveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch.
GGuest UserThe overall environment is clean and elegant, and the hygiene is impeccable, with no clutter or odors in the corners. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the smart speaker is very convenient, and the lighting creates a comfortable ambiance. My overall stay was very pleasant. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, about a 15-minute walk, and also very near the subway station, making transportation quite convenient.

GGuest UserAn unexpectedly great stay, I'll definitely be back! This hotel experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Monica provided warm and attentive service, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the attention to detail in terms of hygiene was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently stable. The breakfast was extensive, offering both local specialties and Western dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Five-star rating, definitely worth saving!
