voco Chengdu Chunxi Road

I booked the voco Chengdu Chunxi Road online in advance, and I'm so grateful to Laura, our concierge. She provided attentive, one-on-one service throughout our stay. She contacted us beforehand to ask if we were driving and gave us precise navigation instructions for the parking entrance, making our arrival smooth and easy. Laura also provided a welcome fruit platter, which had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. voco truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end IHG hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities. All the toiletries were brand-name, and the bedding was of excellent quality. They even offered a selection of pillows, including buckwheat and latex. The shower was fantastic, perfect for washing away all the day's fatigue. Lying on the large, comfortable bed, we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel also offers complimentary drinks and afternoon tea, and the underground parking is very convenient. The location is superb, right next to the Chunxi Road Taikoo Li pedestrian street, just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and dining there were absolutely fantastic. On the day we checked in, it was drizzling, and the hotel kindly provided complimentary umbrellas, which was a thoughtful touch. All in all, choosing voco Chengdu Chunxi Road for this trip to Chengdu was a great decision. A big thank you again to Laura for her thoughtful and considerate service, and to the hotel for providing such a wonderful stay. I will definitely choose voco again next time I visit Chengdu!

Five stars, highly recommend! The hotel is near Chunxi Road, just a few hundred meters walk to Taikoo Li IFS, and quite close to the subway entrance. It boasts a brand new, light luxury design, and the hibiscus flower staircase is incredibly photogenic. The butler service was warm and attentive, which was excellent. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay; the room was quiet and I slept well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Choosing this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu was absolutely the right decision! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chunxi Road, making it super convenient to walk to Taikoo Li. They also brought us fruit twice, and there was a robot to deliver food to our room. This hotel is under the InterContinental's 'light luxury trendy' brand, and it's full of thoughtful details. The self-service laundry and dryer were very practical, and the mini-bar was free. It’s a hidden gem – quiet yet close to everything. Definitely our top choice for a trip to Chengdu, no regrets!

Bringing my elderly parents and kids to Chengdu, choosing Voco Chunxi Road was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and IFS. Downstairs, there are all sorts of delicious eateries, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was varied and tasty.
