Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel

The hotel is quite old. The soft furnishings in the room were relatively clean and tidy, but the sliding door in our room was a bit wobbly. However, the air conditioning was excellent. We were in Chengdu for two days, and both days were scorching hot with high temperature warnings by 10 AM. Breakfast was decent; not super elaborate but it had a coffee machine and some pastries. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel served pretty good food.

My stay at the Raycheng Celebrity Hotel in Chengdu, a four-star establishment, far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's close to both Line 4 and Line 1 of the subway, with Exit C of Line 1 just a 200-meter walk away. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The butler service was excellent, promptly assisting with any needs I had. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The common areas were pleasant and generally quiet, not noisy at all. The value for money is great, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short-term stays. Overall, I had a very good experience. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit. I truly recommend it; I often stay here.

It's easy to get to attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many dining options nearby. The housekeeper, Ms. Huilin, provided warm and thoughtful service. She called in advance to confirm room preferences and responded promptly to any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. For those driving, there's free parking, and even charging spaces for electric vehicles, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. Highly recommended!

The hotel is great overall. The environment is beautiful, and transportation is convenient, with a subway station very close by. The hotel staff are also very friendly and welcoming. There are fresh flowers and a robot show in the lobby, which is a nice touch!
