📍Location: Search for Yongkang Feilong Mountain Scenic Area
🎒Equipment: Trekking poles, knee pads, gloves (to prevent hand scratches), non-slip shoes (the slope is steep and there are gravel), sun hat, sportswear
💡In addition, bring enough food and water, as there are no farmhouses or shops after going up the mountain
🚶♂️The whole hiking process takes about 4-5 hours. After going up the mountain from Feilong Mountain Scenic Area, there is a small section of steps at the beginning, followed by a mountain road formed by rocks. The hiking terrain is all small peaks, and the peaks are not high. You can reach the top in a short time, but the peaks are connected to each other. You will probably cross about 8 peaks. After climbing the first peak, the mountain road is generally flat, mainly walking on the ridge, and the slope is relatively smooth, mainly with rock walls. After going down the mountain, you will pass a flat path along the reservoir, with beautiful mountains and rivers, which will relieve the fatigue of climbing.
✅When we went up the mountain, we happened to meet an outdoor travel group, a mighty group of people. Since we were not familiar with the route, we followed them. The mountain road on the mountain was winding, and we often couldn't see anyone after turning a corner. Fortunately, their leader played music very loudly, so we followed the music.
🧗♂️The most interesting and exciting part of the whole process is crossing the first two peaks. At the beginning, there are iron chains on the side of the road, which is relatively easy. The second peak is completely bare rock wall. At the beginning, there are steps, and then it is pure rock. You have to climb up with both hands and feet. Looking at the opposite slope, a group of people lined up and slowly climbed up, which is both thrilling and exciting.
