The ancestor of the Liao family in the village, Liao Wenzheng, went to the capital in the 15th year of the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty and became the top scorer in the geography exam. He was appointed as a doctor of the Imperial Astronomical Bureau and was ordered to repair the Ming Tombs, including the Changling, Xianling, Jingling, Yuling, Maoling, Tailong, Kangling, and Qiling. In the 18th year of the Jiajing period, he was ordered to repair the Yellow River and open the Grand Canal. He made outstanding achievements and was rewarded with a half set of imperial carriages and a gold plaque with the words "Enming Chongguang" by the emperor. In July of the same year, the emperor also gave him a couplet: "During the day, I respectfully receive three favors, and I am honored to be bathed in the ninefold grace of the imperial edict." In the 21st year of the Jiajing period, the Minister of History inscribed a plaque with the words "Shi Taishi Di" and the Minister of the Three Mountains, Huang Jing, gave him a couplet: "The Tang and Song dynasties conferred titles on generations of loyal and meritorious officials, and the Yuan and Ming dynasties bestowed grace on the people, year after year, in the spring and autumn." Sanliao Village is famous for its rich feng shui culture and historical relics, and is known as the "No. 1 Village of Chinese Feng Shui Culture." Yang Yunsong, the founder of the Form School of Chinese Feng Shui Culture, once taught here and left many feng shui works. They used a radio transmitter and receiver seized from the Kuomintang army and radio codes brought by Ren Bishi from Shanghai to conduct the first radio code communication in the history of the Chinese military. This communication involved transmitting military intelligence about the Kuomintang's third encirclement campaign against the Central Soviet Area to the headquarters and the General Front Committee of the First Red Army in Jianning, Fujian. This communication laid the foundation for the Red Army's victory in the third counter-encirclement campaign. After the Red Army established code communication, it ensured the confidentiality of troop movements and successfully implemented a strategic transfer over a thousand miles, laying a solid foundation for the Red Army's victory. The Central Arsenal Workers' Club Site was originally the Wanshou Palace, an ancient temple of Xuzhenjun with a long history. The temple is spacious and grand, with a shrine, a theater courtyard, and a stage for performances. There are two symmetrical two-story wing rooms. It is the main place for local villagers to engage in religious activities, which has continued to this day. In October 1931, the dormitory and workers' club of the Central Arsenal were stationed here. There is a couplet in front of the stage, with the left side reading "Marxism-Leninism" and the right side reading "Power belongs to the workers and peasants," and the horizontal couplet reading "Everything for the revolutionary war." Factory director Wu Hanjie, technician Zhao Jun, female worker Lan Guiying, child worker Chen Xi, and others performed here. The Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Soviet, the Military Region, and nearby counties such as Xingguo, Yangyin, Gonglue, Yongfeng, Bosheng, and Shengli often sent condolence teams and blue shirt groups to perform here. Workers could go to the club to play chess or table tennis after work, or go to the playground to play basketball, swing, high jump, long jump, or play on the horizontal bars. Banancun Village Chen Family Ancestral Hall was first built during the Yongle period of the Ming dynasty. It has a three-bay, two-courtyard layout and was renovated in 1898. There is a square well in front of the ancestral hall, known as the "Official Seal Well." The ancestral hall faces east and covers an area of about 432.89 square meters. It is a brick and wood structure with a gable roof, fireproof gable walls, and a small blue tile roof. On October 6, 1934, the First Red Army Corps handed over the defense of the area from Xingguo City to Gaoxingwei to the Fifth Red Army Corps. The corps, with more than 19,800 people (including the headquarters, excluding the 15th Division), led by Corps Commander Lin Biao, Political Commissar Nie Rongzhen, Chief of Staff Zuo Quan, and Director of the Political Department Zhu Rui, secretly withdrew to the Zhuba and Hongmen areas south of Xingguo City for rest and reorganization. The corps headquarters was stationed at the Chen Family Ancestral Hall in Banancun Village, facing the former site of the Banancun Military Conference of the Central Bureau of the Soviet Area of the Communist Party of China and the former residence of General Chen Qihan, less than 100 meters away. They left Xingguo on October 9 and broke through in the direction of Yudu to begin the Long March. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Xingguo County.

In October 1931, the Central Red Army General Hospital was established in Chaling, Dinglong District, Xingguo County, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health of the First Red Army. Wang Lizhong, President of the Red Army General Hospital, Chen Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the hospital, and more than 350 medical staff and management staff in the hospital, including 50 members of the special nursing team responsible for the security of the hospital. The Red Army General Hospital has more than 200 beds and a 50 mA X-ray machine. The Xingguo county, district, and township Soviet governments often organized condolence teams, laundry teams, and propaganda teams to visit the sick and wounded in hospitals. Xingguo County's Workers' and Peasants' Drama Club and Blue Shirt Troupe have performed at the hospital many times. Zhuhua Tower (also known as Hengshi Tower) was first built in the Tang Dynasty. The tower was destroyed in the Yuan Dynasty and rebuilt in the 29th year of the Jiaqing period of the Ming Dynasty (1550 AD). It was renovated in 1984 and fully repaired in 2014. The tower is located in the southwest of the county, and the southwest is called "Zhu" and is close to the residence of Taihua, so it is named Zhuhua. The hill where the tower is located is called Hengshi, so it is also called Hengshi Tower. The tower has two doors, north and south. The plaque on the north door reads "Hengshi Pagoda" and the plaque on the south door reads "Zhuhua Pagoda". It was built by Zeng Wentan, the first-generation disciple of Yang Yunsong in the Tang Dynasty, to protect the feng shui of the city. The tower is a pavilion-style brick tower with a folded wall, seven levels, and eight sides. The plane is octagonal, with a total height of 25 meters. The base is made of red stone. The bottom floor is octagonal with a diameter of 6.05 meters and a side length of 2.3 meters. The seventh floor has a side length of 1.9 meters and a diameter of 4.95 meters. The height of the tower decreases from bottom to top. The central pillar of Zhuhua Tower is square with a side length of 0.75 meters. The square central pillar is rare in China and is the main feature of the tower. Mr. Zhang Shixiang, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Materials, pointed out during his field investigation that "the square central pillar is unique to the tower and has certain value for the study of architectural history." It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Jiangxi Province.

Also known as "Jinjian Hall," the Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall was first built in the 23rd year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1758). In the 15th year of the Daoguang reign (1835), the Zhang clan raised funds to purchase the three-bay house of Zhong Shaosu outside the north city wall of the county seat, and converted it into the Zhang Clan Ancestral Hall, which has been preserved to this day. In October 1931, the Central Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Soviet Area decided to establish the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Provisional Committee in Xingguo, with Ren Bishi as the secretary. The committee was stationed at Jinjian Hall in Tongluojing Lane, East Street, Xingguo County, and governed three special committees: the CPC East Jiangxi, South Jiangxi, and Yongjitai Special Committees. In early November, the first CPC Jiangxi Provincial Congress was held at the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall next to Jinjian Hall, where the provisional committee was dissolved and the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee was established, with Chen Zhengren as the acting secretary. The provincial committee office was moved to Niukengtang in Beijie. The provisional committee worked and lived in Jinjian Hall for more than a month, laying the foundation for the official establishment of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee.

The architectural structure of the Yueguo Duke Ancestral Hall resembles a tiger descending a mountain, facing southeast, and covers an area of over 1,200 square meters. The grand gate tower of the "Yueguo Duke Ancestral Hall" resembles an official's hat and stands majestically on the street. The lintel is inscribed with the words "Yueguo Duke Ancestral Hall" in Northern Wei script. The couplet on either side of the gate reads: "From Yingchuan to Pingchuan, the lineage spreads like a river; first Xingguo, then Yueguo, the Yuan Dynasty and the nation prosper." This reflects the prestigious reputation and migration history of Zhong Shaojing's family, the first prime minister of Jiangnan. Passing through a double (commonly known as funnel-shaped) pedestrian path, the first thing that catches the eye is the eight-character archway-style gate tower, with three gates and three entrances. The left gate is called "Yuzong," the right gate is called "Huiyuan," and the middle is the harmonious main gate. The roof ridge features inverted arowanas facing each other, small stone lions facing away, and a pair of qilins echoing each other. The three sets of sculptures are arranged in sequence, creating a harmonious layout. The lintel inscription "Yueguo Duke Ancestral Hall" is in regular script, contrasting with the previous gate tower's inscription in Northern Wei script, balancing yin and yang, and embodying the essence of ancient feng shui theories. The lintel is flanked by two stone reliefs, depicting figures wearing hairpins and robes, exuding elegance and grace. The entrance hall features a unique Bagua caisson, with a red lacquer relief of a qilin looking up. The ceiling of the second hall is adorned with painted flower panels, with 300 panels inscribed with 300 Tang poems. The third hall, also known as the rear hall, features a wall with paintings of orchids in vases and qilins spitting jade books. The central altar has a tiered design, enshrining the ancestral tablets of the Zhong family. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Jiangxi Province.
