Getting to Beiqi Village from Xiapu County is convenient. There's a ¥1 bus that takes you directly to Songshan. After getting off, follow the signage through a small alley lined with residences and homestays, and you'll reach the best photography spot of Beiqi Mudflat at the end - no entrance ticket required. The mudflat at sunset isn't as spectacular as imagined. Fishing boats, small rocks, and various items stranded on the mudflat create a somewhat messy yet peaceful scene. Two or three ducks and egrets search for food in the mudflat - this is their world, peaceful and serene. Venturing deeper into the mudflat with a sense of yearning, I finally captured a rare moment when sunlight broke through the clouds and scattered across the mudflat. The glistening reflections painted a magical abstract picture, making the journey worthwhile with its beauty. 📝 Tips: 1. The most photogenic scenes at Beiqi are the working scenes on the mudflat during sunrise; 2. If you want to catch the sunrise and sunset at Shangqi, you can stay at nearby homestays, but during off-season it's quite desolate and daily conveniences are limited.

After watching the sunrise, I returned to the B&B just in time for breakfast, served from 7:30–9:30 am. The fifth-floor restaurant is a world of its own, contrasting sharply with the B&B. If I were to use a feminine analogy, the B&B is like a secluded orchid, quietly exuding elegance, while the fifth floor is vibrant and passionate, like a blazing flame. What a delightful surprise!
