Superb service at Four Points Pakuwon—the extra care from the housekeeping squad (Ahmad & his colleague), and notably the breakfast team whose service was impeccable, recalling every detail of my preferences throughout my 7-day stay. Cheers to Chef Bagus and team, Pak Dani, Ibu Umi, alongside the managers (Pak Akhmad). Additionally, I recall assistance from Tyo, Farrell, and Pauline. Each of them delivered excellent service.

Our initial visit to Surabaya and Four Points by Sheraton Pakuwon Mall was fantastic. The room was beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling views， a huge， comfortable bed， and bath—ideal for a romantic retreat. We loved the charming pool and excellent gym facilities. The hotel's proximity to Pakuwon Mall is perfect for shopping and enjoying tasty food. The Soirée rooftop bar was a delight at sunset， and we also visited the Westin next door for live music and gin and tonic. The daily breakfast was impressive， featuring an extensive selection of local and international dishes， coupled with breakfast entertainment and chef's tips. The staff， from arrival to departure， were professional. We met the hotel manager， who was polite and courteous. Conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommend， we'll return.
