The overall environment is decorated in the style of a Japanese restaurant and the store is not big. The seats are not spacious and comfortable but overall it is ok. The dining area on the first floor is smaller, and the tables for multiple people are on the second floor. Open from noon to 2 o'clock.
The clerk said that the eels are killed and sold on the same day, and the eels are divided into whole or half.
We ordered the basic eel three-course meal (450 yuan), a bowl of eel rice with nori, wasabi, green onions and broth. It's the smallest portion.
The Charcoal Stove Eel Rice Set (540 yuan + 10%) and the Supreme Eel Rice Set (750 yuan + 10%) both come with half an eel. The difference between two and three side dishes. In addition, the ultimate set meal will have an additional three-point set (240 yuan + 10%) of sashimi. Everything else is the same.
The sashimi consists of six pieces of fish and the quality is quite fresh and the taste is good.
The eel meat has a chewy texture and the sauce is salty. The rice grains are distinct and taste very refreshing. Side dishes include tofu and spinach with sesame sauce, potato salad, and hand-cut yam noodles. Except that I don’t like the sticky texture of the yam noodles. The other flavors are pretty good. But they are all cold dishes. The soup is kelp sprout soup. The rice, soup and grilled eel were not hot enough, which affected the texture and taste, and they were served with cold side dishes. It tastes saltier and saltier.
