You can visit the Castler Museum to learn more about the casters, learn about their history, and where you can do inspections, such as checking out the strength required to lift them. When it comes to the gastronomic traditions of the region, one of the main events is calçotada, a sweet onion cooked over an open flame and served with a sauce made of extra virgin olive oil, nuts, tomatoes and “ñora” (sweet peppers).
