[Yamaguchi Trip] The seafood is so delicious🐟
I went on a trip to Yamaguchi❣️
I flew to Ube Airport, took a taxi, and checked into a hotel near Ube-Shinkawa Station
At night, I went to an izakaya restaurant that was about a 10-minute walk away, which was recommended to me by the hotel front desk🍻
The sashimi here was absolutely delicious❣️
──────────────
🥢Assorted sashimi...1,100 yen per portion
🥢Duck tataki...900 yen
🥢Buri kama...900-1,200 yen
🥢Medium roll...1,300 yen
🥢Raw sea urchin nigiri...1,500 yen per piece (market price)

The sashimi platter for the day included:
red tuna/otoro/horse mackerel/sea bream/yellowtail/bonito/scallops/crab
Each slice was thick and so fresh🥹✨
The duck tataki went perfectly with sake,
and I loved it so much I had a second serving🦆
The furigama was big and full of meat❣️
The medium roll was full of seafood and had a lot of volume😳
The raw seaweed, which grew up eating a lot of kelp, was 1,500 yen per piece,
but the grains were big and had no smell at all,
and I was very satisfied❤️
