Location: The Bund, Shanghai. Getting there: Take the metro to Nanjing East station and walk five minutes towards the river. The famous view from the Bund is one of the best places for city scenery in the world. I recommend going at sunset time to get the link colours of the sky. #chinatrip 📍North Bund, Shanghai, China One of the best and instagrammable place for Shanghai’s skyline view would be North Bund! It is a long stretch of promenade with a few cafes around the area, offers stunning and mesmerising views of Shanghai’s skyline. The popular Oriental Pearl Tower, Lu Jia Zui buildings, The Bund can be seen from the promenade. The area wasn’t crowded during our visit, as compared to our visit to The Bund! The best time to visit would be around evening, that way visitors got to catch the views during daytime and when the night falls. Also, it was really chilly at night as it was at the river side. Such a hidden gem to enjoy and take in the views of skyscrapers, stroll along the river bank, have a cuppa. Definitely visit this place while travelling to Shanghai!

North Bund area along the Dongchangzhi Road showcasing nice buildings which includes the Shanghai the Bund W Hotels and Yifang building. This spot is very good for architectural interest and iconic buildings visit. Also there are many cafes around that area for savour kg a cup of hot coffee and oversees the night skyscrapers. For coffee, I would recommend Manner coffee.

Shanghai Best daytime and night view

I had been planning to see the Shanghai bound again, the fist time was 4 years ago. This time, I decided to enjoy it while on a short cruise and it was truly worth it. Going around the river, getting to see building after building from different angles, especially at night time with the multiple changing lights was a truly beautiful experience, that I will surely repeat the next time I’m in Shanghai, it was my first time but surely not the last. Tip: booking on trip.com meant that I had a reduction on the cruise price

Wedding bliss is in the air, where we see couples in the day time, taking wedding photographs. I’d recommend taking the walk along the Huangpu River to view the bund to enjoy the scenery. Come back in the night for a magnificent light show, and experience a different vibe of the Bund.

#cherryblossom2024 🌸 The Flower Sea on the North Bund, Once Again Entering Next Level Your North Bund has become a thing of the past, with violets and new flowers blooming again. It's a vast expanse of daffodils, without any trees blocking it, with a stunning skyline in Lujiazui. It's a new spring and scenery for the North Bund. Currently, the flowers are blooming, and the citywalk can be used to rush on weekends. Tourists nearby can also take a look. The lawn is not accessible, and there is a fair road ferry station next to the Security Uncle Flower Protection Station. There is a binary ferry crossing the Tai Gong Line, and watching the sunset is not staggered. It takes about a few minutes to walk from the North Bund's Little Egg

Trust me, the scenery there is amazing! 🌸 🌸 The sea of violets and daffodils in front of it is a thing of the past now. But when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom and paired with the magical skyline of Lujiazui, it's truly beautiful. The flowering period is short but oh-so-pretty! 🌸 🌸 This weekend is the perfect time to enjoy the flowers. Adjust the blue tone before and after sunset, admire the lights of the skyscrapers, the deep blue night sky, and the pink cherry blossoms dancing in the night breeze. Find a cozy spot by the path, sit back, and savor the enchanting moments of spring. The cherry blossom forest lights up around 17:30, Lujiazui lights up around midnight, and the sunset is around 18:30. 🌸 🌸 In my opinion, the most atmospheric time to see the night cherry blossoms is between 18:00 and 19:00.
