Our Memorable Stay
I want to begin by highlighting the staff members who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always smiling even during busy times: Dorit and Elit at the front desk, Nadav from security, and Alex the chef. Parking-wise, your best bet is Riding parking at 30 NIS daily. Advantages include clean rooms; the two-room suite was spacious. The location is superb, within walking distance of Hilton Beach. The breakfast was phenomenal, and each room had a Nespresso machine for making coffee on Saturdays. The staff was very welcoming and eager to help with any issue, and each room had a great TV. The hotel design and art are distinctive, and the rooftop pool area is beautiful with stunning views. Drawbacks include a lack of parking—the building is old, and it shows (AC in corridors, some room corners). Jacuzzi maintenance in the room was poor, so I avoided it, but there was a great walk-in shower. The hotel isn't beachfront; it’s a 7-10 minute walk, which wasn't bad in August. The pool is small for the number of guests, and it seemed out of place. Elevators are slow, and on Shabbat, one elevator was stopping at each floor, making it worse; it even closed on me with my kids inside. Many people were smoking in the pool's non-smoking area. We informed the staff three times, but security never responded. Overall, we had a wonderful time, spending most of our days at the beach and enjoying the clean bed, refreshing shower, and delicious breakfast, thanks to the incredibly nice staff.
