It's on the smaller side, so if you're a man with a big appetite, you might want to order one for yourself. For Hokkaido locals, Jingisukan is a home-cooked dish. So, I haven't eaten it much at restaurants in Hokkaido, but they have rare cuts on the menu, and the staff cook it for you, so both tourists and locals can enjoy it. The soup is like miso with dandan noodles, but it is one of the few miso ramen restaurants I can finish. The most special thing is that it actually adds scrambled eggs.
