This is a popular Sydney brunch spot and cafe, so I arrived around 7:30 PM, and by the time I finished my meal, there was a long line outside. We ordered ricotta pancakes, a full Aussie, a cafe mocha, and a matcha latte. The coffee was so delicious that we also ordered an iced long black and a flat white. All together, our total came to $95. The ricotta pancakes had a texture reminiscent of those found at famous Japanese soufflé restaurants, and the honey butter that came with them was incredibly flavorful. And the scrambled eggs served in the "Full Aussie" breakfast were incredibly soft and the most delicious scrambled eggs I've ever had. And the cafe mocha was amazing. Usually, cafes add chocolate syrup to their cafe mochas, but bills added grated dark chocolate, making it incredibly delicious. The cafe mocha was so delicious that I also ordered a long black and a flat white, two of Australia's most iconic coffees. The coffee was incredibly rich and delicious. The atmosphere was also great, so my friend and I finished our meal and took some beautiful photos. The staff were also incredibly friendly. If you're looking for brunch during your trip to Sydney, Australia, I highly recommend bills 💙

You can purchase whole beans or concentrates like cold brew. The iced latte and long black are rich, yet have a hint of acidity, making them clean and delicious. Surry Hills is a hot neighborhood in Sydney with many brunch and cafe restaurants. It is similar to Seongsu-dong or Hannam-dong in Korea. To get to Single O cafe, it is a 7-minute walk from the subway station "Central Train Station." If you take the bus, take bus number 343 and get off at the "Elizabeth St at Reservoir St" stop. Single O cafe is so popular with tourists and locals that there is a huge waiting line, especially if you visit on a weekend morning. I visited at 10 AM on Sunday, and they said that you would have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour if you use the store, so I ordered takeout right away. It had a different atmosphere from the city, with old brick buildings, trendy cafes, and vintage shops, so there was no time to get bored while walking. There are shops and local restaurants on both sides of Crown Street, and there are many terraces with plants and outside tables on the street, creating a leisurely atmosphere. In particular, there was always a line in front of Bourke Street Bakery, and many people took out their food and sat down in the park nearby to rest. The independent bookstores and second-hand stores in the back alleys were also worth a look. There was traffic, but it wasn't too crowded, and the wide sidewalks made it easy to walk.
