My beautiful partner and I spent a lovely 7 days and nights here. The place is mixture of old and new, combining they evoke a seamless sense of beauty as the past connects with the present. Location is amazing, nicely tucked away in a quiet suburb but close enough to public transport to access the whole cbd. Affordable, comfortable, clean and amazing staff. A perfect stay to live, explore and experience everything about Brisbane.

While there are sometimes loud screeching noises from trains passing nearby, restful sleep was still attainable. The room appears appealing and suitably organized. The renovations of both the rooms and the lobby are commendable. The Two Donkeys offers a pleasant spot for drinks and breakfast, although it shuts on weekends. Noticeably, there was a large, unsightly brown stain on the baseboards near the elevators that remained unclean throughout the stay.

This hotel is in a great part of town, close to city and public transport. The room is good for a short stay and kitchenette helps. Bathroom is tiny though. Worst thing about this hotel is there is only one lift and it’s the slowest lift in the world. Also, parking is paid extra!!

🍜 Local Cuisine we both enjoyed a lovely wagyu at this famous Moo Moo 🐮 Steakhouse recommended by one of the local. and we tried 3 different kinds of wagyu steak ranging from F1, F3 & F4 and paired with great local merlot. It's truly a wonderful last night stay in brisbane. the next day, we checked out this lovely city and took a flight to next city, Melbourne, by a Qantas flight ✈️ for about 2.5 hours

Breakfast is even provided free of charge. The only regret is that there is a slight hill when going up from the station to the hotel, so it is difficult if you have a carrier. The staff were friendly and there was a Korean staff member on duty, so it was easy to check in.
