Yoyogi park located right beside the famous Meiji Shrine, but it’s not as crowded as the shrine, so the you can enjoy a wonderful and quiet walk in the park. It’s even more pretty during autumn when the ginkgo trees leaves are yellow, and the maple tree have turned red. I stopped by by car on the last day of my business trip to Tokuyama. I was able to see a variety of animals, including elephants, lions, tigers, ostriches, and zebras. Of course, there were also the red pandas, the specialty of Tokuyama Zoo. When I went, the zoo was under construction for renewal.

I went there for lunch when I went on a trip to Yamaguchi❣️ It was a few minutes walk from Tokuyama Station on the Shinkansen, and it was in a commercial facility with many restaurants. This food stall has been operating here for 45 years. It's in Shunan City, about 300m east of the station. It's open from around 6pm until after 1am. It seems to be closed on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays. There are several types of ramen🍜, oden🍢, grilled dishes and dozens of other menu items, so it's hard to decide. The price is 650 yen for ramen, and the other items are also reasonably priced, so you can rest assured😄 My recommendations are the curry ramen, seared Kagoshima chicken, oden skewers stewed in miso, and special fried rice, so you can complete your dinner here🤤😋

Great for postcards and stamp collectors and Japan Post is one of the best places to collect their interesting designs. You can still find standalone Japan Post in the less crowded neighbourhood and these buildings are the cutest. Within Shinjuku, nearer to yoyogi area, you can find police station and post office on the streets. These are the smaller branches, and they still provide the same services. This park is located near the sea in Harumi-cho, Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, a 12-minute walk from Tokuyama Station. There are no playground equipment, but the tropical trees make for a beautiful view on a clear day, as if you were in a foreign country. It was certified as a "Japanese Night View Heritage" in August 2011, and is a representative view spot for the Shunan factory night view. With a group of petrochemical plants on the other side of the sea, the night view is beautiful, but during the day you can relax in the open park. There are restrooms and a parking lot. There is a stone lighthouse built in the Meiji period. #YamaguchiTourism

I stayed here for four nights from the end of January on a business trip. First of all, the large public bath on the first floor is very comfortable with Yuno Onsen. The room lights can also be turned off with a remote control to make it dark enough to sleep comfortably. There is also an off timer function so you don't have to leave them on all the time. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which is great!! The third longest bridge in Yamaguchi Prefecture is a great viewing spot. Parking is prohibited on the bridge, so please enjoy the bridge while being mindful of etiquette.
