It is condescending and highly defensive. It was later converted into a gorgeous palace of the Spanish royal family. The castle music festival is held regularly every year, attracting many tourists. It is a beautiful castle. One of the two most popular attractions in Govia. Tickets are required to enter the castle. A special ticket to visit the palace, artillery museum and tower costs €9. If you do not visit the tower, it costs €6. As far as taking beautiful photos is concerned, the exterior of the Segovia Castle is much better than the inside, and it matches perfectly with the earth-yellow mountains in the background. In fact, the old town of Segovia is not big. Walking from the bus station, you will pass the aqueduct and the main church along the way. You can walk to the castle in about 15-20 minutes. The alleys and buildings along the way have a medieval feel, which is very suitable. If you’re going to Madrid, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is worth a visit too! About an hour or so away, one can conveniently purchase a bus ticket at the Madrid Moncloa station for maybe around 10 euros for a return ticket (I’m sorry I forgot the exact price but it was affordable!). And the bus takes you right to the centre of Segovia, which is great. From there, in just 10 minutes or so you can walk/stroll to this amazing, impressive aqueduct, very obviously the main feature of this town. It’s unmissable and even the main street leading up to it is named after it. Its grand and old and anything grand and old is worth looking at, in my opinion hahaha because hey, it’s been standing for ages. #2025해외여행이벤트 세고비야에서 코치니요 아사도 코스요리를 먹었다. 전식으로 카스티야 스프가 나왔는데 빵, 계란, 돼지 부속으로 끓인 따뜻한 스프다. 고기 부속을 못먹는데 신기하게도 이 스프는 맛있었다. 본식은 코치니요 아사도 즉, 새끼 통돼지 구이가 나왔는데 유리 접시로도 부서질 정도로 부드러웠다.

The winter vacation destinations I recommend are Segovia and Toledo in Spain! Both regions have a great history and are wonderful places that will make you exclaim in awe. It is a bit chilly compared to southern Spain, but it is 10 degrees higher than Korea, so it is not a big deal! It's the kind of weather that makes you think, hehe 1️⃣~3️⃣ Aqueduct of Segovia If I had to pick one place that I remember the most during my trip to Spain, I would choose the Roman Aqueduct. When I first saw the aqueduct, I couldn't close my mouth because of its grandeur. It was a shockingly large and beautiful building. It was a Roman aqueduct built by the Romans who occupied the Iberian Peninsula around 50 AD. It is said to be one of the few well-preserved aqueducts left. There was a huge tree in front of the aqueduct to celebrate Christmas. The lights weren't on when I went, but I think it must have been even more gorgeous and beautiful by now. I could feel the Christmas atmosphere even in the aqueduct. 4️⃣~5️⃣ Alcazar Castle (Segovia Alcazar) It is a building built to drive out the Moors from Spain after the Islamic rule. The castle with the blue roof has a fairytale-like image, so it is said to have been the background for 'Snow White'. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Segovia at a glance. I was able to 6️⃣~9️⃣ Toledo Cathedral (Catedral Primada) Toledo Cathedral has a history of over 500 years. Inside the cathedral, you can see artwork and decorations. The 'El Transparente' in the 7th photo was truly an amazing piece of work. The sunlight coming in through the skylight and illuminating the artwork was shockingly beautiful. El Greco's El Espolio and next to it was Goya's artwork. I was able to see such great artworks in one place. 🔟 Iglesia de Santo Tome Santo Tome Cathedral is a small cathedral, but it is still worth visiting. One of the three most famous paintings in the world, El Greco's 'The Burial of the Count of Orgaz' is inside the Santo Tome Cathedral. I couldn't help but be amazed by the incredible painting. If you have the chance, I highly recommend visiting. Aren't Segovia and Toledo in Spain really charming places?
