Seattle Travel Guide
📸World City | The city obsessed with love | Seattle. 🌈Seattle is the largest city on the Pacific coast of the northwest United States, located on a narrow strip of land between Puget Sound and Lake Washington in Washington state!
⛰️Its geographical location is unique, serving as a gateway from the United States to Asia and Alaska, and boasting excellent seaports.
🚏In the eyes of literati, Seattle is quiet, as if it were a small town nestled in the northwest corner of the United States, never deliberately pursuing prosperity!
🌟But his broad-mindedness is admirable. In the blue sky and sea, there are indelible Native American totems and the aroma of coffee in the air. This is Seattle.

Seattle's Space Needle, Spheres & Street Food
Seattle is definitely a quieter side of America but there are still attractions to be seen and explore. One example not to be missed is the Seattle space needle. It is an observation deck which you can go up and treat yourself to the amazing view of Seattle. On top, there is also a rotating restaurant. Next, one can visit the Seattle's spheres, which is also the amazon sphere. There are tours within the spheres which you can sign up for free and I heard reservations gets snapped up easily so book early if you can. Do not forget to visit the Seattle's great ferries wheel too.
You can get cheap street food in Seattle, my tacos were yummy and cheap for only 2.90USD. If you can, do also try Beecher's handmade cheese. They are an artisanal cheese maker and their Mac & cheese was so delicious. #celebratewithtrip #tripblazers #mytripvlog #urbanexplorer #foodie #awesomepic #passionpassport #bucketlistreboot #seattle

Space Needle
space needle is one of the most iconic symbol of Seattle. Thanks to the regulations of height around the Space Needle, you can see the space needle in many places around the city. There is a monorail service directly from downtown Seattle to Space Needle with single stop. The view on the monorail is nice, as you can saw the city along the rail. It is also clean and convenient. Around Space Needle area, there are also lots of nice museums and lots of food courts. Getting on the Space Needle is relative expensive though, but if you want to, you definitely should go due to its iconic characteristics for Seattle!

Pike Place Fish Market Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Pike Place Fish Market & More
Just like Tsujiki fish market that is famous in Japan Tokyo, in Seattle there is the Pike Place fish market. This market is an open air fish market that has been opened for decades. What is interesting about this place or rather what people come here for is to catch a glimpse of stall employees playfully throwing fish around the market. The seafood sold there are fresh and everything looks good! Nearby, you would also be able to Miners landing and the great wheel of Seattle. Miners landing is a place where you can have fun at exciting attractions such as the carousel and sea tours. You also find famous restaurants like The Crab Pot at Miners landing too.

Famous Pike's Place Market
When one go to Seattle, a trip is not complete without the famous Pike's Place.
Pike's Place Market is located at the main entrance of the covered market area(which helps to cover you from the cold winter days), and is famous for its crowd pleasing antics with fish mongers showing of their daily catches.
This is also known to be a foodie heaven with more than 30 restaurants ranging from grab and go delis to fine dinings. There is definitely something for everyone, satisfying everbody's tastebuds. One of the oldest restaurants here is the Athenian Seafood Restaurant and bar from 1993 located right on the waterfront.
First time visitors may think the market is just what theyt see of the street, but below the street-level stalls is a whole other world of curious shops specializing in vintage finds, collectibles and even magic tricks. If you have couple hours to spare, its a great place to get creatively lost.

In Seattle, enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy a lazy and slow life.
Seattle has always been beautiful and rainy in my impressions. When I was young, I saw [Sleepless in Seattle] and fell in love with Meg Ryan and the small bookstore on the corner of the street. When I watched the American TV series [Grey's Anatomy], I liked Dr. Grey, who was full of heart and heart. At the same time, Seattle's landmark space needle tower was deeply deep in my mind.
Then look at Tang Wei and Hyun Bins starring [late autumn], the continuous autumn rain makes the film cast a strong tragic color at the beginning; and [Beijing meets Seattle], obviously The movie filmed in Vancouver has been crowned with the name of Seattle, which shows that the directors preference for Seattle is high. I finally came to this love-fighting city, and I took a short trip with my friends and slowly felt the heavy makeup in Seattle.
Coffee Culture and Starbucks Starbucks
Coffee For the Seattle natives, it's just like the sun, the air and the water, it's a daily necessity. The cafs that are everywhere can be found all over the streets. Whether you are accustomed to a fast-paced life or a casual Seattleer, you won't refuse a Latte or Cappuccino. In Seattle's unique fragrance, leisurely When the sun goes down, enjoy the lazy life that has been stolen for half a day.
Seattle people are obsessed with coffee, saying that there are two coffee shops on each small street. It is definitely not an exaggeration. The United States is the country with the largest coffee consumption in the world. It consumes one-third of the world's total coffee production every year. I don't know how much the Seattle people contribute in this number. Because of this, Seattle is the birthplace of Starbucks' first store.
[Soul of Seattle - Pike Market]
is called "Soul of Seattle" by locals. It has more than 100 years of history and is the oldest farmer's market in the United States. one. It is said that before the market was established, the fishermen who had arrived early and late had to sell the fish that had been salvaged to the retailers. Because the benefits were shared, the fishermans harvest was always unsatisfactory, and the guests had no choice but to buy fish at the retailer. . Mass protests frequently forced the government to open the area adjacent to Elliott Bay for fishermen to use, and the Pike fish market was born.
During the day, it is a scene of freshness and vocality: the hawkers who sell the fish clean up the freshly caught seafood, and there is no stinking smell. When the buyer pays the bill, the hawker will perform the trick. The classic play code of the fish-baked package, scared others to hide from the left and right, for fear of being caught by fresh fish, for a hundred years, and never tired.
Remember the movie "Beijing meets Seattle" where Frank took Wen Jiajia to buy Alaska crabs? The location is Seattle's Pike Place Market. Known as the "Soul of Seattle", the market was founded on August 17, 1907 and is the oldest farmer's market in the United States. It has been through a hundred years of wind and rain. It sells the freshest fruits and vegetables and seafood on the day. There is no middleman to make a difference, the prices are reasonable, and it provides for the most of Seattle's daily life. There is also the world's first Starbucks, the "world's dirtiest spot" gum wall, and the dock terrace overlooking the rolling snow-capped mountains.

A hazy drizzle descended on our last day in Seattle. Dry days are few and far between in this city. As pedestrians leisurely stroll through the streets in the rain, only a few carry umbrellas. I'm amazed that they can be so used to the sometimes light, sometimes heavy raindrops on their shoulders. It's a wonder that so much rain doesn't dampen their spirits!
The university series of others - Washington University
This university has no gates and no walls, all free of charge. I like the feeling of autumn. I can feel the deep autumn in the university. I didnt go far and was attracted by the lawn covered with red leaves. Of course, many people recommend spring to the University of Washington to see cherry blossoms. The streets near the central square are covered with blooming cherry trees. I dont think I can miss the autumn leaves to enjoy the red leaves. The green lawn is covered with red leaves, and the whole campus is filled with comfort and vitality. I want to go back to the student days and enjoy campus life! Most of the buildings at
University of Washington are dominated by Gothic style, with a distinct red-brick blue-green roof. The most memorable thing about this university is the library. The typical Gothic architecture, the doorposts and window frames are engraved with delicate patterns, and the quietest reading room on the second floor of the interior is incomparably spectacular. Still beautiful stained glass, high hanging lights, I thought it was the lobby of Hogwarts Castle. Most areas of the library are free to visit, but they must be kept quiet. The students in the library are filled with self-study students. When I visit, I will find many Asian faces.
Its raining in the week when I came to Seattle, and its sunny. Even the sunny days will rain. In the University of Washington, there is cherry blossom rain in the cemetery of Bruce Lee.
Seattle Cherry Blossom Time: End of March, Early April
Visit University of Washington must visit: Sakura Road, Suzzallo & Allen Library, Natural History Museum, Art Museum, and a large bookstore on campus

The Gum Wall Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
A Sticky Situation in Seattle 🍬
Visiting the Gum Wall in Seattle is a must-see for any tourist in Seattle!
Initially, I expected a yucky smell, as all those saliva left behind with the gum must have carried some bad breath. Surprisingly, there was no stench whatsoever.
Seeing the wall covered in colourful globs of gum formed a weird but fascinating sight. While I wasn’t chewing any gum, I imagined it would be gross yet cool to add my own gum to the mix.
I wondered how the tradition started, with people from all over the world leaving their mark here, in sufficient quantity to make it a community driven art piece. Overall, the Gum Wall was a quirky stop on my trip, and it was definitely memorable!

GlobeTrekkingAdventures_5 The Gum Wall
Believe it or not? Hygienic or not? Well, the gum wall in Seattle is actually a tourist attraction. The wall is actually a brick wall that has been covered with all sorts of colourful gums that have been chewed on and people just paste them there. You can find this unique tourist attraction under Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. Shockingly, you see many people hanging out at this area too. People are there busy taking selfish with the gums stuck to the wall and do be careful when you are there because you may have gum stuck to your shoes. All in all, it is still a fun place to visit and check off your bucket list.
