The construction is made of bric-a-brac wood and tin plate. Plenty of candles for sale, all so unique, beautiful and great price! The place is fully decorated by candle art, including the candle wall art, ceiling and even statues! There are many small gift shops selling scented candles - comes in all shapes and sizes, retro toys and all sort of food. They also offer fun candle making session that you can join in. This abandoned quarry is a popular photo op spot for local youngster in Thailand. Best to come with your own transportation as there is no public transport nearby. There used to be a chair and a table but I guess someone took it :/ Place is dusty (duh??) and grand (duh??) and also mega hot. I came about 9-10 in the morning so best to come when sun is rising or setting if you prefer. When arriving, just go straight. You’ll see a private property sign but close one eye and go straight. You’ll see some rocks on your right and stop there. Morning Glory @ Ratchaburi has ‘em all! Came here in the late afternoon and it was empty. Thought it would be quite lame (cos there was no one) and I was surprised! The scones were pretty nice and my brother and husband had fun feeding the rabbits. They were like zombies 🤣🤣 chasing after you if you have food. Experience calmness & zen at this halal cafe at the outskirts of Ratchaburi. Everything is made fresh upon ordering. Menu is in english as well. I recently stopped at a rest area in Ratchaburi while on a road trip and I have to say, it was a much-needed break. The rest area was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed to take a break from driving. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. I appreciated the availability of hot water for my coffee. The seating area was also comfortable and provided a nice place to relax and have a snack. The rest area also had a convenience store where I was able to purchase some refreshments and snacks, which was really convenient. They also had a vending machine and a small restaurant offering fast food. I also appreciated the ample parking spaces for cars and trucks, making it easy to find a spot to park. Overall, I was impressed with the rest area and would definitely stop here again on my next road trip. Cocktail and food is great. I feel that the desserts is so so only. The muffin that they served wasn’t that good, the cream is quite bland and it melted the moment it was served to us. I did not take pictures of the dessert because the cream doesn’t hold. But overall it’s a great place with nice food and drinks. Will definitely recommend this place for those who visit Ratchaburi. Excellent cafe in the most unexpected place. Didn't expect it in such a local spot. Really cool design and very comfortable to relax and look at the river. I loved the affect the condensation had on the windows, made it seem like some kind of mysterious wonderland. Latte was great as were the colourful sodas. The desserts and waffles looked tempting but I wasn't hungry. The service really impressed me, they went above and beyond to make our group happy. Very pleasant and memorable experience.
