How can you miss Sichuan cuisine when you come to Chengdu! ! ! As a senior foodie with a picky palate, I worked hard to compile the following list of Chengdu Sichuan dishes. Most of them are ones I have eaten and even brought friends to eat many times. My friends also think they are delicious 😋 Conscience recommendation, green and non-expandable, eat with confidence~
🌟Traditional Sichuan cuisine

The environment is a bit like that of a fly restaurant, and the food is heavy in oil and seasoning, but the taste is absolutely authentic (which means authentic in Sichuan dialect). The signature dishes are generally twice-cooked pork, Kung Pao chicken, Mapo tofu, husband and wife lung slices, Maoxuewang, stir-fried kidney and liver, steamed beef/spare ribs, spicy diced chicken/rabbit, boiled beef and the like.
