Croeso Pontypridd - Ponty station
#CroesoCymru or Welcome to Wales. This is the lovely Pontypridd railway station, just 10 miles NW of Cardiff nestled next to the River Taff. Known for once having the longest island platform in the world when opened in 1907.
Now a important transport interchange hub between Cardiff and the valleys.

Beautiful Welsh Park
Lovely park to walk. I like the autumnal vibes here with the trees and foliage changing colours.
It's like something out of an oil painting.
This park is near the river so you can walk along it or enjoy the nature. It's not the biggest park but easy to casually walk around and soak up the fresh air. You'll likely see lots of dog walkers as it's pet friendly.
Lots of benches around to sit and chill out or just enjoy the park. Check out the war memorial statues and monuments too and take a moment to reflect. It's downtown so super easy to get to and it's well connected to the buses and trains.
