I could wear five pieces in the morning, and by noon I wanted to wear short sleeves. Be sure to bring clothes that are easy to put on and take off, so you can add or remove layers easily. A plush hat is a must❗❗ The wind will worsen altitude sickness, and those in the group who wore baseball caps had to borrow plush hats later. ⭐ About altitude sickness: The degree of altitude sickness varied among the 8 people, and those who exercised regularly were the least affected. Be sure not to catch a cold! I didn't know what wind I caught on the second day, and I immediately had altitude sickness and a fever at night. I went to the hospital and inhaled oxygen, and the fever subsided immediately. ❗ Don't hold on, inhale oxygen if needed! Go to the hospital if needed! Acetazolamide is really a miracle drug. I didn't feel uncomfortable even when my blood oxygen level was 76. ⭐ About attractions: 📍 Mount Siguniang: It's best to enter before noon. It gets very cold around 4 or 5 pm, and the lighting is not good for taking photos. 📍 Yala Snow Mountain: It's the most beautiful! Few people, great for taking photos, and the sightseeing bus drivers will enthusiastically recommend photo spots. However, you can only ride a horse to the innermost lake, which is not very user-friendly. 📍 Moshi Park: There is only one area for taking photos, and you have to walk a long way to get there and back. I walked so long that I got altitude sickness from exhaustion. 😑 📍 Gedilamu/Yuzixi: If you're not going to see the golden mountain at sunset, you can choose either one. Going to western Sichuan was a plan made half a year ago. But there was no plan. After picking up the car at Chengdu Airport, the first question was: Where to go now? ! 5 days and 4 nights Day 1⃣️ Landed in Chengdu at noon, 👉Dujiangyan👉Siguniangshan Town Day 2⃣️👉Siguniang Mountain✔️Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area👉Looking at "Siguniang" from the bridge of cat's nose to Jinshan in sunshine Day 3⃣️👉Zhongdu Zangzhai👉Bamei Day 4️⃣👉Moshi Park👉Tagong Grassland👉Muya Temple👉Xindu Bridge👉Yuzi West👉Kangding Day 5⃣️👉Chengdu City Walk, return trip Let’s test the waters in Western Sichuan. This is a small loop route with an altitude of less than ✨4,000 meters except for ✔️Cuzixi. The road conditions are not bad. There was only a slight high reaction on the second day, which was relatively friendly.
