Summer Moments: Medicinal Lu Rou Fan Lunch at Aoba Shinkan
Aoba Shinkan is a Taiwanese medicinal cuisine restaurant located in Yokohama Chinatown. For lunch, we recommend the popular Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice). Featuring a not-too-sweet, mildly flavored filling and large braised pork cubes, it offers an authentic Taiwanese flavor. The fragrant pickled mustard greens and well-balanced flavors are addictive.
Lunchtime can be busy, but weekdays offer a relatively quieter experience. Business hours are 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM (L.O. 9:30 PM), closed on Mondays (open on public holidays, closed the following Tuesday).
