Sabadi Lao Kitchen
Laos, a neighboring country of Yunnan, boasts unique natural scenery and rich South Asian culture. After the high-speed railway from Kunming to Vientiane, the capital of Laos, was opened, the Lao restaurant "Sabadi Lao Kitchen" opened at No. 91, Wenmiao Street, Kunming Old Street. "Sabadi" means "hello" in Lao, and the restaurant quickly attracted foodies in Kunming.
[Luang Prabang Sausage] Secret grilled sausage marinated with Lao herbs. Wrap it with lettuce and your favorite vegetables for a refreshing and unique taste.
[Lemongrass Chicken Wings] Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the chicken wings are fragrant, and the unique aroma of lemongrass leaves a lasting impression on your taste buds and sense of smell!
[Pakse Curry Beef Brisket] The beef brisket is tender and chewy, and the juice oozes out when you chew it, making your mouth water.
[Sabadi Specialties] Coconut Bread, Cold Shredded Fried Chicken, Stir-fried Loofah, Lemongrass Chief Stick, Lancang-Mekong Fish Fillet, Honey Chicken Feet, Cashew Gapo Chicken, Spicy Duck Chin, Hand-grabbed Fish, Saigon Shrimp Pot, Thai Shrimp Chips, etc.
Laotians have a simple and light diet, with flavors and ingredients very similar to those of Thailand and Cambodia, mostly seasoned with spices. Lao cuisine has three main characteristics: sour, spicy, and raw. Don't forget to order two bottles of Lao beer to go with your meal!
