Its intricate carvings and serene atmosphere left an indelible mark on my soul. As the sun set behind the Mekong River, the temple's golden spires shimmered with a timeless grace. I found solace in the whispers of prayers and the subtle fragrance of incense. Reflecting on the profound experience, I made a silent promise: In 2024, I wish to go there again, to rekindle the spiritual connection and bask in the enduring beauty of Wat Aham.

This temple at the foot of the Puxi Mountain is impressive. Because there is a Buddhist college inside, and a group of little brothers who love English. It is one of the most famous temples in Luang Prabang. Surrounded by green trees, everything in the temple is quiet and uncontested. It is a good place to meditate and enjoy the scenery. If you have time, you can chat with the little monks in the temple and practice English with them. They have a strong desire to learn English.
