A must-visit spot for diving enthusiasts in Bali 🌊 Tulamben Dive
Tulamben Dive, Bali, is definitely a must-visit destination for diving fans! It is best known for its beautiful underwater world and the World War II shipwreck USAT Liberty, which makes you feel like you’ve entered another world as soon as you land in the water, surrounded by colorfully mottled corals and fish, whether diving novice or master. Safe, beautiful environment, and convenient transportation, no wonder it attracts so many diving enthusiasts every year.
Recommended tour routes:
It is recommended to leave the Tulamben Dive at 07:00 early in the morning, the water is quieter in the early morning, visibility is good, and not washed and crowded. First you can try shore diving, which eliminates the need for a boat ride and drops directly from the shore for a beginner experience. Senior divers must challenge the USAT Liberty shipwreck and it is recommended to book an instructor with the dive center to ensure safety. The entire exploration time can be arranged for 3~4 hours, and you can enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant after diving.
Must-play items:
- USAT Liberty Shipwreck Diving: Super close to shore, moderate water depth, great for divers of different levels. There were plenty of big fish and sea turtles on the wreck and it was simply a photography paradise.
- Coral Garden: There are so many colorful corals and tropical fish that you can snorkel and watch without diving.
- Night dive: Recommended for senior diving players to try, the sea creatures you see at night are different, and the atmosphere is particularly exciting.
Check-in spot:
- The giant sea turtle next to the shipwreck
- Colorful Coral Garden
- The clear sea in the morning
Attraction tips:
1. Do not eat too full or drink alcohol the night before the dive to ensure optimal physical condition.

3. Recommended to go in July-September, the water quality is best and not too hot.

5. After your dive you can try authentic Balinese dishes at a nearby small restaurant to replenish your strength.
Notes:
- There are diving license requirements for diving, newbies have to follow the instructor.
- Swimsuit sunscreen to do enough, the seaside UV rays are strong.
