Perhaps because the terrace is so popular, there weren't many people inside. I was worried because of the many unfriendly reviews, but the staff wasn't overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. However, you need to order using the table QR code, but they didn't explain it to me and just walked away. Haha. Please note that you need to order using the QR code! You can make a reservation by DMing them on Instagram, so if you're a die-hard fan of taking photos here, I recommend inquiring in advance! Let's all go see the Duomo from the front row! #Florence
