Long-lost local chicken sashimi🐔🤤
I have been thinking about it since I ate it in Miyazaki 7 years ago🤥
The sashimi and cooked food of each part and internal organs have completely different tastes and flavors😍
Every bite is very shocking and amazing 😌
But I don't dare to eat it in cities other than Miyazaki🫣
It seems that the further away from Miyazaki, the less fresh it becomes🫠
My friend sincerely recommended this izakaya in Umeda that specializes in Miyazaki local chicken dishes🏮
So I came to try it out 🚶🏻♂️
The izakaya has two floors. The basement is the bar, and the upper floors have a square table and private rooms.
Umeda is surrounded by commercial buildings🏢
At about 6 o'clock, office workers started to come here to have fun after work🍻
The five types of sashimi include chicken kidney, chicken liver, chicken heart, chicken leg and chicken breast🍗
After taking a bite, I was really moved.
The taste and flavor in my memory are still there🥹
Chicken kidney sashimi is still my favorite and most delicious 🥰
I can't imagine any food with a similar taste🤔
The closest thing might be pig ears or goose intestines, but the crispness is incomparable 🧐
I ordered some chicken liver sashimi which is a rare part😬
It is smoother when mixed with sesame oil 😛
Charcoal-grilled chicken thighs are also a specialty of Miyazaki🔥
Sitting at the bar, watching the chef tossing the wok dozens of times over high heat👨🏻🍳
After being burned with Binchotan charcoal, each grain becomes pitch black🍗
It's OK, there's no firewood at all, it's very chewy and has a charcoal aroma 🙃
Finally, we have chicken white soup ramen to end the whole chicken feast🍜
