It's super photogenic❣️Try getting off at the hidden gem of Odawara Station✋🥹 Odawara Station...I've only ever used it to transfer to the Shinkansen...In fact, the Nozomi Shinkansen doesn't stop there, so I've only ever passed by... That's actually a shame✋😫 I've compiled a list of recommended spots that you can walk to from Odawara Station✍️✨ ✎＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ YUKI We're a couple who live in Yokohama and can't drive, so we've posted about the photogenic spots, cafes, restaurants, and more that we've actually visited✍️💕 I'm really happy to receive comments, so please do get in touch with me🥹💕 ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ 📍Odawara Castle/Odawara Castle Ruins Park 👟5 minutes walk from Odawara Station 💰Castle tower fee Adults 510 yen, elementary and junior high school students 200 yen 🕐9:00-17:00 📍Children's amusement park (inside Odawara Castle ruins park) 💰Miniature train/battery car 80 yen (adults can ride) Automatic playground machine 30 yen (children only) 🕐9:00-16:30 📍Miyukinohama/tunnel leading to the sea 👟15-minute walk from Odawara Station 👟5-minute walk from Odawara Castle 📍☕️Kaigan-dori 👟14-minute walk from Odawara Station 👟2-minute walk from Miyukinohama 🕐10:00-17:00 (until 18:30 depending on the day of the week) 📍 🍸Choshudo bar lounge terrace Odawara store 👟2 minutes walk from Odawara Station 15:00-0:00 Closed on Wednesdays ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ 📍Odawara Castle A beautiful cherry blossom viewing spot in spring🌸 You can enter the castle and the view from the castle tower is amazing! And next to the castle there is a shop that sells shaved ice and beer🍺 I gulped down a beer without hesitation🍺👩🏻 And behind the castle is a children's amusement park🎡🎢 It's an amusement park! I say it's a small space! But...! It's super cheap! 🫢 Adults can ride the miniature train for 80 yen😂 Battery cars (like go-karts) and small moving toys like those found in arcades You can ride them for a bargain price, so your kids will be delighted✌️ 📍Miyuki Beach/Tunnel leading to the sea The beach here is more like rocks than sand! Everyone had fun having a BBQ⛱ A bar is open during the swimming season🍺✨ And the one I really recommend is [Tunnel leading to the sea] Go through the tunnel and you'll see the sea!
