Visiting Copenhagen was an elegant and historical experience in one of the most beautiful cities in Northern Europe!

The capital of Denmark, Copenhagen, has a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. I started my journey by exploring Nyhavn, a colorful waterfront area famous for its wooden boats and brightly colored buildings. Walking along the canal was very relaxing, and the area was filled with cafes and restaurants offering delicious food. 🚤🏘️ I also visited Amalienborg Palace, where the royal family resides, and witnessed the changing of the guard in a unique scene reflecting the country's ancient traditions. The palace itself reflects the beauty of Danish architecture, and being in such a historically significant place was fascinating. 😘🏛️ No visit to Copenhagen is complete without seeing the famous statue of 'The Little Mermaid,' one of the city's symbols. The statue is small but located by the sea, making it a peaceful spot perfect for meditation and relaxation. 🧜♀️🌊 One of the most amazing moments was visiting Tivoli Gardens, one of the oldest amusement parks in the world. The lights and decorations were fantastic, and the lively atmosphere added to the joy of the trip. 🎡🎠 Copenhagen is a city where history, art, and nature blend seamlessly and elegantly. My visit was a wonderful experience, and I felt in harmony with the peaceful and culturally rich life there!

Situated nearby the Copenhagen Central Station, it is very easy to be reached by foot after reaching the station. There are several rides such as Rutschebanen, the oldest wooden roller coaster in the world, The Demon, The Star Flyer etc that will keep your adrenaline gushed. For those who just want to relax, there are venue for music's and performing arts festivals for you to enjoy, and there is also a concert hall as well for big event.

This charming theme park has been around since 1843. You can stroll around the park and skip rides but there’s an entrance fee for that. You can then pay per ride which might be a cheaper option if you only want to do a couple rides. An overlooked romantic fairy tale kingdom | Copenhagen, a spur-of-the-moment trip

In July 2022, a spontaneous trip to Copenhagen. As we all know, the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen, which accompanied us through childhood, originated here. In a moment of impulsiveness, I bought a ticket for the next day. I departed from Hamburg, Germany, not far from Denmark. Since I couldn't get a train ticket at such short notice, I bought a Flixbus ticket instead, which took about 5.5 hours. The fantasy begins here... Got on the bus, after two and a half hours of driving suddenly entered a pitch-black environment, and we all got off the bus. After getting off the bus with a bewildered look, I found myself on a huge ship ⛴️... with duty-free shops, dining, and more. Opening Google maps, I realized that I was floating on the sea. So, blowing in the sea breeze, I began to make a travel plan... 🌟Highlight features: 1. Mermaid 🧜‍♀️ A bronze sculpture based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Little Mermaid". Every tourist will go to the place to take photos. I think passing by, the surrounding lake and greenery are very beautiful. Address: Langelinie, 2100 København Ø, Denmark 2. Xingang Copenhagen is a place of charm, with many beer houses and restaurants. 3. Organ Church 💒 Suitable for taking photos, a bit far from the city center, about half an hour by bus. Address: På Bjerget 14B, 2400 København NV, Denmark Monday closed 4. Qu Fu Li Park 🎠 Disney's predecessor, it is recommended to spend at least half a day here. There are fireworks before closing at night. The fireworks are beautiful, but the music doesn't quite match. The park has a separate app that can be downloaded in advance. Location: Vesterbrogade 3, 1630 København V, Denmark 5. Changing of the guard ceremony of the Royal Danish Guard. Wearing a furry hat in the middle of summer is a bit ridiculous but interesting. The exchange ceremony in Sweden was simple and elegant. However, the grandiose parade with a marching band lasted for a couple of hours. At 12:00 noon every day, it is recommended to write early so that you can squeeze to the front of the crowd. Address: Amalienborg Palace (Danish Palace) 6. ❤️ My top recommended destination: Louisiana Museum of Modern Art Suitable for art and leisure companions. This is a place where art and nature blend together. It is also a must-visit spot for me on this trip. Two years ago, I saw an exhibition of Louisiana in Shanghai and have been thinking about it ever since. After visiting, it exceeded my already high expectations. It is located by the sea, and the art gallery leads directly to the ocean. After a tiring stroll, you can sit by the sea. Distance: Far from the city center, about one hour by Re train or 40 minutes by car. Located in the coastal area of northern Copenhagen. Duration: Suitable for a day of leisure, at least half a day. It is also very suitable for staying there for a weekend. Location: Gl Strandvej 13, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark 🌟Restaurant: 1. Captain H Chinese BBQ & Korean Bistro Chinese barbecue! I was so moved because there is no barbecue in the city where I live. The price is on the high side. 2. The Olive Local internet-famous restaurant, it's best to make a reservation on their official website in advance. I made a reservation in advance, but because I met a friend from Denmark and decided to eat together at the last minute, there was no available seat to add. However, after negotiating and waiting, we finally got to eat. 🔒Tip: 1. After 10pm, all restaurants are closed!!! The open bars only serve drinks, there is no food available. ⁉️‼️‼️ This is an absolute trap. It took me five or six hours to get here on the first day, and the several restaurants I planned to go to were closed. When I started to settle for less, I found that all the restaurants were closed!! I walked for an hour or two and almost covered the entire city on the first night. 2. If traveling independently, all train tickets can be purchased on the Omio app. Subway and bus tickets can be purchased at subway or bus stations. 3. Many restaurants are closed on Sundays. Denmark has many Michelin restaurants with good value for money.

First time to Tivoli and happened to be during their Halloween theme. First time experiencing Halloween celebrations and the decorations were fantastic! They even had a feature of the largest pumpkins grown and the heaviest was >100kg!!! Go during late afternoon so that you get to experience both the daylight and nighttime views. You can get the entrance with or without ride pass depending on whether you are an adrenaline junkie or not. Ride photos can be downloaded with their app for free!

#europetrip Lovely little theme park that's perfect for the kids. There is not much to walk, the rides are designed mostly for kids with only a couple that are on the extreme side and there is plenty of food and drink choices in such a small place. What was also great is that the entrance cost is cheaper if you don't want to go on the rides, making it possible to go in to experience the historic architecture of one of the oldest theme parks in the world. You're also able to come and go from the park on the day you go, just remember to get your hand stamped before leaving.

Tivoli Gardens is located opposite the Copenhagen Central Train Station. It is the world’s second-oldest amusement park where it had started its operation since 1843. In this park there were many exciting and fun rides for both the young ones and adults. It also have beautiful garden and entertainment where people can just relax and enjoy the beautiful sceneries and shows. You can never go hungry as there are also many eateries inside this park.

Rollercoasters a really nice feature, but all game stalls were expensive. Too be expected in the centre of Copenhagen however! Enjoy if you visit! 🇩🇰
