#TravelChina Kunming Waterfall Park It is a large public park that took more than 3 years to build. Inside, there are waterfalls and 2 lakes that were created by man. The highlight of the park is the giant waterfall, which is more than 400 meters wide and 12.5 meters high. There is a bridge to walk to see it up close. The surrounding area has a view of tall buildings, a walking area, and clean bathrooms. However, the day we went, the water level was low, so it didn't look that spectacular. But overall, it was good. There are beautiful photo spots.

The waterfall park of Kunming is a free park to the north of Kunming in Panlong district. The park is not that large but the waterfalls are spectacular, you can walk around underneath the main waterfall (although you might get a little wet from the spray). Walking around the parks lake takes about 30 minutes but is also very scenic. Unfortunately when we first visited the waterfalls were turned off, so we had to come back another day when we did get to see the waterfalls in full action. This is an upcoming area of Kunming so there isnt that much nearby, the local mall doesnt seem very active at the moment but maybe in a few years this will be a vibrant area of the city too. #gooutside #passionpassport
