The full name of Taikang Home is Sanya Taikang Home Vacation Hotel's Choice of Excellence. From the moment I entered this hotel, I found that this hotel is different. As the stay time increases, this feeling becomes stronger and stronger. Later, I finally understood that it was the design sense of this hotel that moved me. Arriving at the hotel was on a sunny afternoon, before sunset, when I went through a long corridor to check in, the soft light was slanting down, and the lines of the hotel building formed beautiful light and shadow. This hotel is designed by a well-known international design studio from Shanghai, Ru'en Design. The interior space of the hotel is mostly walls constructed with lines, which is eye-catching. Under the blessing of light and lines, even a staircase, a wall can become a popular check-in place, very suitable for taking pictures. At night, the hotel has another way of presenting light and shadow, which is lighting. The hotel atrium is a huge landscape pool, where the night ceremony is held every night, and guests can participate. Hundreds of yellow candles around the pool are lit, and the atmosphere is full. There are resident singers to warm up the field, and hotel staff send bamboo boats and small candles to the guests, write wishes on paper strips, and put them into the pool with the boat. The room design is also simple and generous, very in line with my taste. The suite has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, with an unbeatable view. The bed is placed in the middle of the room, facing the sea view balcony, this is the Sanya life that everyone yearns for. Stayed at the Taikang Sanya for one night. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is actually quite well designed. Rooms were exactly as expected. Mine had a small pool area in it so it was great to be able to dip in at night. The location was relatively close to other attractions and there’s a super market in the hotel which was great for my late night food cravings.
