What’s special about it is that there is a bar at the center of the restaurant, but it is only open at night. Back to the point, as it was still early for meal time, there were not many people around. The food variety was basically complete, but not many styles. For example, there was only siu mai for dim sum, and no other styles, which was rather monotonous. The Silveri hotel in Tung Chung tools its name from the silver mines on Lantau Island. This newly-opened hotel is fresh and thoroughly designed. Everything here has its purpose, and all amenities work for you to create a seamless stay. The biggest highlights are the people here - I felt welcomed from the very first minute of my stay. The restaurant, in its design, is a reminder of silver mines. Modern restaurant, as some may say. I've booked the Gourmet Experience and strongly recommend that to others. This hotel is owned by the Accor Group and is located above the East Point Mall, in an off-island location far from the city.
