I was on a business trip recently to attend an exhibition, and I searched for hotels. The prices of the better hotels were all very high, starting at 1800. In the end, I found this newly opened hotel in 2022 designed by Ruoen - Shanghai Qiantan Yachen Hotel, which is quite nice. It's a mix of Japanese and Nordic fresh style, with original wood and minimalist white. The public area has a high tone, the rooms are a bit small, but the quality and details are very exquisite. Suitable for business trips. I don't really recommend the breakfast, 68 per portion, only two breads and a drink. There's not much Chinese breakfast. Also, it's not very close to the subway station. But there's Taikoo Li nearby, which is convenient for shopping.
