The Sheep Sanctuary in Cameron Highlands is a peaceful place where many sheep live happily. It's a beautiful farm surrounded by green hills and fresh air. Visitors can see fluffy sheep grazing in the lush fields and even feed them. It's a great spot for families and nature lovers to spend time together and enjoy the countryside. People often visit to take pictures with the cute sheep and relax in the serene environment. We were there to pat & feed the sheep. Kids enjoyed so much over there. Overall, The Sheep Sanctuary is a delightful destination for anyone seeking fun by walking around with sheep and a close encounter with nature's woolly friends.

Alpaca & Sheep in Malaysia
The Sheep Sanctuary is located besides the famous Kea Farm market. You need to pay the entrance fee RM 12 per adult which the entrance fee includes a small box of food for you to feed the sheep and also one RM 1 discount voucher for the Puku Cafe located inside the sheep sanctuary.
There are also have vending machines in The Sheep Sanctuary if you want to feed more and RM4 for each snack. The place quite smelly as the sheep will poop and pee everywhere.
Besides that, not only sheep there also have few Alpaca over there. It was quite crowded during the visit even at the weekday so we suggest going early before the crowd builds up. The place was small but a fun experience. Must visit once for the experience and highly recommended for a family weekend gateway.

2D1N Family Escape to Cameron Highlands!
#familytravel
Our family’s 2 days 1 night trip to Cameron Highlands was packed with nature, food, and unforgettable experiences. Here’s a peek into how we made the most of our short getaway:
Day 1: 🍓 The Lord's Cafe: We kicked off the trip with a delightful breakfast at The Lord’s Cafe. Their homemade scones, served with butter and strawberry jam, were heavenly! The berry cheesecake and savory pies were equally amazing—a must-try if you’re in the area.
🌵 Cactus Point: Next, we explored Cactus Point, a wonderland for plant enthusiasts! From colorful flowers to quirky cactus varieties, it was such a fun and relaxing spot for the whole family. We even brought home some cute little plants to remind us of this trip.
🍃 BOH Tea Garden: Our final stop of the day was the iconic BOH Tea Garden. Surrounded by breathtaking green tea plantations, we soaked in the cool air and enjoyed a serene hilltop tea session. Watching the sunset over the lush greenery was the perfect way to wrap up Day 1. 🌅
Day 2: 🐑 The Sheep Sanctuary: We spent the morning at The Sheep Sanctuary, meeting adorable sheep and alpacas up close! Feeding and taking selfies with these fluffy friends was a highlight for both kids and adults alike. A fun and heartwarming way to start the day before heading back.

The Sheep Sanctuary in Cameron Highlands is a wonderful, family-friendly spot, especially for young kids. The setup is well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels calm and natural, making it easy for children to interact with the sheep. My kids truly enjoyed the experience, especially getting close to the animals and feeding them, which was both educational and fun. The entry tickets were reasonably priced, making it an affordable outing that feels worth every penny. Meh Meh Meh Sheep
Just right beside the Kea farm market. You may park at the paid public parking area opposite the Kea farm market. It is actually a very small farm with a lot of sheep and some Alpacas. Beware of the food in your hand, they will grab it very fast.
Good for kids to interact with sheep and alpacas. Ticket price is RM12/adult and senior, RM7/child. It comes with a small packet of feed. The sheep wondered everywhere and while the alpacas are mainly in the shelter area. Love the alpacas 🥰
The smell is very strong though. You can wear face mask if you can’t stand it. Lots of stairs, still ok elderly but need to walk slowly holding the rails.
*PS - Would recommend the Strawberry milkshake sold there, taste is nice and only cost RM6.

We had a pleasant experience feeding the sheep and alpaca!😍 The alpacas and sheep are quite friendly. Entrance fee is rm12 for adult and rm7 for children. The animals are in good condition. It is best to bring the kids to get a new experience. Sheep so fluffy 😆😆😆 Such an interesting place and nice to visit. My first time experience in petting sheep, so recommended for first timer.
You get the chance to be real close to the sheep and alpaca 😁 A must visit if you are in Kea Farm. Small yet rewarding place and a good spot to bring your children.

Sheep attack!
We had a good time here even though the space was limited but they had a lot of sheep’s and alpacas/llamas walking around freely. Everyone had the chance to feed, touch and play with them. There are basins where you can wash your hands too. The place was airy so it wasn’t so stinky. There was someone cleaning up the animal poop on the go too. Your ticket comes with feed so you can feed them or drop it on the floor if you’re scared 😂 Overall we enjoyed it.

Sheep's Meet & Greet
Location: Brinchang, Cameron Highlands
Highly recommended place to visit. Entrance fee is now rm12 for each adult and sheep pellets will be given 1 box for 2 pax. Alpaca was quarantined when I went there but we’re still able to touch and feed them. Alpaca really spits if you make them angry. So, be careful. Overall, it’s a great experience.
