The weather in Beihai was bad and I had to travel for more than ten hours all day before checking in with the concierge and front desk at 3:30 in the morning. The hotel is not very large, but it is cleverly designed with a sense of hierarchy. The restaurant, bar, gym, and infinity pool are all available. As soon as you get off the car, someone will help you with your luggage and bring it up to your room, but they do not allow food delivery to be brought up. Luggage and parcels are delivered to the room, and since I had blisters on my feet, I asked the staff for iodine cotton swabs. They were very generous and gave me a whole new bag of band-aids. I booked the Elegant Pavilion Sea View King Room, which has a bathtub in the room, but I didn't take pictures. There is a swimming pool downstairs. The package I booked was 2599, including a floating mini-bar and a 60-minute massage, which was quite nice. Due to the short time, I didn't spend much time in the hotel, and I didn't get to fully enjoy some of the amenities, including the swimming pool and the lounge chairs, and I didn't have time to take nice pictures. This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment you pull up to the hotel, the staff is on hand to assist you and your luggage during check-in. . I wanted to let Nicky know who helped us with the check in and went above and beyond! The hotel is very well run, and it shows in the staff. They are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms are beautiful and well cleaned and the views are fantastic if you look at the water. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great although my wife and I are vegetarians we found plenty for us. The pool is amazing and a great place to relax.
