This hotel saved my a*s late at night on a recent trip to Brisbane that went sideways when the accommodation I originally arrived at turned out to be more like a heroin house from the movies. Staff answered the phone at 11pm, the lovely young woman at reception was very welcoming, staff were very accommodating to follow up on and refund my accidental double booking, housekeeping staff are prompt & exceptionally clean, the food was great, and the bed and pillows were so comfy!! Hotel location is close enough to everything with plenty of undercover, secure parking access. This will be my new go-to for all future trips to Brisbane!#localguides #hotel #brisbane

I had a fantastic birthday stay at The Point Brisbane! The personal touch of a birthday card and a bottle of wine made the celebration extra special. The balcony suite was spacious and offered stunning views. The room was clean but I would say there’s still room for improvements in this area. The staff's attention to detail and the overall ambiance made it a memorable experience.
