Lang Ham Stayed here for the second time with my partner. This time round we stayed in the standard room as opposed to the Executive Club style room. You did notice a difference but not in service! We got a free Langham teddy bear upon arrival which our dog now loves! Joe at Palm Court was so helpful with ensuring there was birthday cake for my partner. When delivering the cake along the room, the in-room dining host Ben must have heard my conversation with my partner about being torn over ordering the chocolate orange cake or cheesecake (I had ordered the chocolate orange cake FYI…) because 20 mins later, a cheesecake was delivered to our room! We love The Langham. It’s chill vibes, the food is always great and the service is amazing.

This is my first time staying at this hotel after so many visits to Hong Kong. As soon as I entered, a welcoming staff member proactively helped me with my luggage. Since I entered from the Beijing Road side of the hotel, I had to go up a flight of stairs to reach the lobby, and the staff member actively helped me with my luggage, which made me feel very warm. The front desk was very enthusiastic in processing my check-in. During my six days in Hong Kong, I stayed in four different hotels, and only this hotel's front desk was enthusiastic. To be honest, I really don't like the attitude of some people towards mainland tourists, always haughty and uncomfortable, but this hotel was completely free of that, which I found very rare. After completing the check-in process, I walked into the room, and there it was, my favorite French style, full of a sense of luxury that caught my eye. For Hong Kong, the room in this hotel is considered very spacious, and the window offers a view of Harbour City below, as well as Hong Kong's tallest building. The hotel's gym has two floors, with aerobics and strength equipment downstairs, and treadmills, elliptical machines, and spinning bikes upstairs. The swimming pool is an outdoor rooftop setting, which is very nice. It's worth mentioning their superior location. There's a DFS duty-free shop downstairs with a door in the lobby that leads directly to it, and it's a three-minute walk to Harbour City, making dining and shopping extremely convenient.
