The most fun thing about this trip to Zhangjiajie, Hunan, was the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, the 72 Wonders Tower, the Glass Plank Road, and the precious Miao costumes I brought back for photoshoots. Zhangjiajie‘s national forest park was really one of the most stunning places on earth. Visiting this park is easy from Wulingyuan town. From there the east gate entrance is the most convenient. We took the B route from east gate which starts off with the stunning Avatar mountains and ends with the Tianzi cable car. Buses inside the park are included in the entrance ticket and are extremely frequent and easy to use.

I wanted to see Tianmen Mountain, which has a huge hole between the mountains, so I came here by bus from Changsha. The Zhangjiajie area is incredibly vast, so I stayed here for two nights.
