Be careful as on two occasions we didn't receive our change when paying cash. The bar staff said that they had no cash in the till ( very strange) and would give our change to us later...well I never received it so a round which should have been £30.25 cost £40.00. They tried it again later but I became wise to it. Not sure how this would happen if paying by card, but if check the amount before paying contactless. It a great shame as the hotel is great. I had words with a manager who stated that he would have words with the bar staff Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I
