Terukuni Shrine is one of the most representative shrines in Kagoshima City. It enshrines Shimazu Nariakira, the 28th lord of Satsuma Domain, who was an important figure in promoting Japan's modernization during the late Edo period. This trip to Kagoshima is really awesome! 🚢 Take a boat to Sakurajima and soak your feet while watching the unparalleled sea view. 📸 Then we went to "Senyan Garden" and "Yoshino Park", the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and you can see the Sakurajima volcano in the distance. The view is so beautiful that you can't wait to leave! 🌸🌋 The restaurant inside Senyan Garden is even better, eating Japanese food while looking at the scenery of Sakura Island is simply a life enjoyment ~🍱🍵 The most surprising thing was that after visiting the "Tsukuni Shrine", it happened to be a Saturday night and took the night citywalk bus from "Shiroyama Park".
