Of course, a visit to Taipei Zoo wouldn't be complete without seeing the 'Giant Panda House.' The round and chubby giant pandas leisurely munching on bamboo attracted countless visitors. I spent my midday here, casually buying an animal-shaped dessert, adding a touch of fun to this animal journey. In the afternoon, I took the Maokong Gondola, overlooking the entire zoo and the Taipei Basin from above. The lush greenery was a feast for the eyes. Upon reaching Maokong, I chose a teahouse to enjoy some tea. The mountain breeze and the aroma of tea made for a thoroughly relaxing experience. In the evening, I returned to the city and headed to the Xiangshan Trail. Climbing the steps, I watched the sunset cast a golden glow on the glass exterior of Taipei 101, as if gilding the city in a layer of gold.

We took the kids to Taipei Zoo, a place full of wonder and joy. The zoo not only has a variety of animals but also allows children to get close to nature. First, we encountered the tall giraffes, leisurely eating leaves and catching the eyes of every passerby. Next, we came to the camel area, watching these 'ships of the desert' stroll around leisurely was interesting and unique. Along the way, we also saw the majestic hippos, floating freely in the water and occasionally lifting their heads to breathe, which was very cute. The most anticipated was the panda area, seeing pandas climbing trees or quietly eating bamboo was very soothing. There were also penguins, swimming in the water like happy little elves, everyone couldn't help but cheer for them! Taipei Zoo is not only a great place to learn about animals but also a perfect choice for spending quality time with family.

If you can’t find any fun places in Taipei and want a relaxing and fun date, the Taipei Zoo is definitely a good choice! The must-see animals here range from adorable giant pandas, lazy koalas to lively penguins. I personally rushed to the lion and Bengal tiger area as soon as I entered the park (if you are too lazy to walk, you can take the park bus, the queue is very fast) The updated bird park is also very beautiful. The large bird cage allows you to take full pictures! Going to the zoo once in a while really brings back a sense of childishness and memories.
