Many people who go to Seattle will probably visit the first Starbucks store along the harbor, but in fact, a little way from the harbor there is a Starbucks Reserve store that roasts its own coffee beans in-house! Also, you can book a scheduled tour of the roastery or even book an event there. Even if you don't do so, you can just order a cup of coffee and chill there and see the art and science of how coffee is being made. I ordered their hazelnut latte and for some reason, the starbucks coffee there tasted way better than Singapore's.
