Review of Sindhu Beach
📍 Review of Sindhu Beach
Located at the northern end of Sanur, Sindhu Beach offers a tranquil charm, unlike the bustling areas of Kuta and Seminyak. The calm waves make it ideal for morning jogs or leisurely walks, and the well-maintained coastal promenade is perfect for renting a bike and enjoying a relaxed ride. Around sunrise (around 6:00 AM), you can observe locals engaging in yoga or fishing, providing a glimpse into the serene daily life of Bali.
The sandy beach was relatively clean, and beach chairs and parasols (approximately 50K IDR for two people) were readily available for rent. Local warungs near the beach offered dishes like Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng for around 25K IDR, while cafes across the street provided air-conditioned spaces to cool off. Water sports were limited to activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, making it a quiet and family-friendly destination.
A few things to note: the direct sunlight can be intense after noon, and during low tide, exposed coral reefs may limit swimming areas. However, overall, if you're looking for a calm beach atmosphere away from crowded tourist spots, Sindhu Beach is a highly satisfying choice.
