The best trip of our life: The 10 days trip in Thailand was worth each minute spent as we covered temples, night markets, night life and the #beaches in Phuket - Phi phi island. One memorable part of the trip was to go to Grand Palace early morning. We were lucky to not have an entry fee on 23rd Oct as it was King’s Birthday (Happy Birthday King). In Bangkok, besides shopping, we are there for the food as well. At the ground floor of Siam paragon, inside of paragon's supermarket, one can easily find the highly raved about D Bake pandan waffles. Just follow the freshly made waffles smell and you can locate where the stall is. The pandan waffles are shaped like a pyramid and looks like a piece of edible art. It is crispy on the outside yet soft and fluffy on the inside and every bite of the waffle gives you a nice pandan aroma. Just heavenly! Do note you have to wait awhile after ordering the waffles, as each one is freshly made on the spot. Just at the corner of Siam paragon's food court, also on the ground floor, you can spot a famous small stall selling Yaowarat Buns. Each buns are toasted nicely and filled to the brim with fillings.
