Jinlian Temple is located on the south side of the west gate of Zhao'an County, Fujian Province. It was first built in the Tang Dynasty and has a long history. Wangyangtai is a Ming Dynasty cliff inscription located on a seaside hill outside Xuanzhong Fortress in Nanmen Village, Meiling Town, Zhao'an County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China. Wangyangtai faces south and is a natural vertical stone standing like a screen, with large stones piled up below it in the shape of a mirror platform. On the vertical stone, the inscription reads "Wangyangtai, March 1, 1526, Cai Chao, Right Censor of the Fujian Provincial Administration Commission, Linhai" in regular script. The inscription is 600 cm high and 270 cm wide, with the characters measuring 142 cm square and the signature measuring 24 cm square. At that time, Zhao'an was not yet a county, but a thousand-household office in Nanzhao and Xuanzhong.
